Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge urban area,(weekdays only and not June 16 - August 17.) Convenience store is located in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with tables, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

The space has what you need to feel at home as a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and comfortable workspaces for those traveling for work

Your own 30sqm house with kitchen, sauna and loft.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a second queen size bed. The guest house is close to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle OF the city. it's very close to Södervärns bus station and the restaurant life of the mill. It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on August 5, 2024 I will go away on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.

Welcome to our guest house in a beautiful environment in the countryside, just 15 minutes outside Malmö city center. Peaceful but close to town, forest, beaches and many of Skåne's attractions. The house is about 25 m2, newly built and modern. Well-equipped with kitchen/dining room, bathroom, bedroom and sleeping loft.
