Have you ever wanted to try tiny living? This unique place has a style all its own. It has been newly renovated with everything brand new! It is clean, cozy, and tidy. My favorite is the coffee & tea station, complete with a Nespresso machine, pour over, French press, kettle, grinder, coffee, and tea! This tiny apartment is a short walk to downtown Owosso where you can relax at a sports bar, work out, shop, see a movie, grab a fresh baked bagel, or get the best cup of coffee around!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This 2nd floor Barndominium is the perfect place to get away for work or relaxation. This apartment has everything you need during your travels including a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sleeping accommodations, a designated workspace and living room perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
