Cabin holiday rentals in Overton County

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a couple of days. We ended up spending a lot of time at the house, because it was so comfortable and relaxing. To start off, the place was incredibly clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked and had very modern appliances. The bedroom and the living room also each had air conditioning units that worked so well at keeping the place at a cool and comfortable temperature for us. We loved the hot tub, the deck and patio, and the little firepit area. The curtains we could use around the deck were really nice to make the area a little more private, especially once it was dark out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, quiet, and private place to get away. There are plenty of beautiful hiking areas and great restaurants nearby. Make sure to check out Calfkiller down the road and bring the growler Darcy has at the house. It’s a great spot!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Pleasant place to stay. Trey was great with instructions and ease of checking in. Also checked in with us during our stay. Thanks

This little cabin was a peaceful home base for my wife and I’s hiking trip. It was always a treat to look forward to when coming home in the evenings, we’d cook, sit on the porch with some music and enjoy the hot tub after our hikes. Great place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe respite from whatever busy-ness is in your life. Thanks to the Owners for being great hosts, it was exactly what we needed 👍

This cabin in a hidden tucked away part of East Tennessee is absolutely beautiful. The drive is a bit of a commute through some narrow roads but the traffic is almost nonexistent and the seclusion is very nice. Each floor has a patio with an amazing view of the mountainsides and if you are brave and athletic enough through the brush in the back there is a small lake with an amazing view. The host is amazing there was everything we would ever need with the city being a bit of a drive back that was great to see. A nice touch was the fire pit with tons of chopped wood to set up a fire and look out at the stars. If you yearn for an escape in nature but still want to be comfortable this is defined the place for you.

We had an amazing time at Jenn’s place our family needed this the location was so peaceful and just really beautiful! The beds are extremely comfortable and the kiddos had a great time there are so many options of things to do !! Very clean and just over all amazing

This is a beautiful cabin with so much to do inside and outside. We had a great time and felt so at home here. It is just as great as it looks in the pictures. Great view off the deck that is protected enough to watch the rainstorms without getting wet. I would recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it was just as great this time! House was clean and very well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked, which we appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Jason was quickly and helpfully responsive to a minor issue and helped us resolve it immediately. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful peaceful cabin that’s very well stocked with everything that you’re going to need for a stay. Our family loved sitting by the fire pit visiting with each other . We plan on staying again in the future.

The cabin was exactly as Mike described it - a rustic retreat. We enjoyed our time with our dog and kids so much. From the fireplace, to the games provided in the family room, everything was wonderful. We hope to come stay again!

Can't even describe how amazing this place was! So much bigger than expected. Finally a kitchen that was truly well stocked. Bill was awesome with communication and so personable. Amazing instructions for everything. Beautiful views, quiet and so homey. Y'all need to visit this place !

Absolutely unreal trip - only problem we had was that we didn’t book longer. Beautiful scenery, cabin was amazing and the on site bar/restaurant was fantastic too. Already want to come back!

Lee was very responsive and accommodating. His cabin is beautiful, smells amazing, and was very clean. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time at Bills cabin, the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the fresh air and nature! Even better, we got to bring along our fur baby Baloo. He was in doggy heaven. Everything was nice and clean, was easy to find and private. We enjoyed our trip to Tennessee.

The house was spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. Quiet country area as expected. The area is pretty, lake down a big hill, neighbors aren’t too close. We particularly loved the wrap around porch, and it was nice to sit out even in the rain. Beds were comfortable, and linens were very soft, which matters a lot to me. Minor annoyance (though possibly a pro to some), porch lights are very bright, and we couldn’t find switches for all of them. They were a bit annoying when we were trying to stargaze, and someone mentioned it being right outside their window at night was frustrating. Not a big deal for our short stay. We never asked how to turn them off as we only noticed late night and didn’t want to bother anyone, but I’m sure the owner can help. Joe was extremely responsive to any questions, very helpful and easy to work with.

Scott has graciously hosted me several times on my visits to Muddy Pond for work. His space is always peaceful, clean, and comfortable. It’s not far from local places in Monterey including some great new restaurants.

This was a great stay! Everything was exactly as described or better, and it was such a comfy place to rest after long days spent exploring. Our dog loved the visit and so did we! The grill provided was also great - we had a steak dinner there. Already planning our next visit :)

This cabin was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. We loved the theme of the home with the barrel, paddles, and bike in the living room. The bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker that connects to the light which we enjoyed very much. The outside scenery was absolutely breathtaking. There’s a beautiful waterfall which makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The host was quick to respond and friendly. We highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some alone time with you and a loved one. We will definitely be booking here on our next trip to Tennessee. 10+ Stars 😊

Excellent place to stay! Lots of wildlife; saw several deer out back by the feeder. Spacious and well laid out place. Fireplace out back was also nice.

My daughters and i loved the cabin Definitely a family place

It was exactly what we needed. There was no one around as we went in the off season and it was far enough from anywhere that you didn’t want to go out. Great for a recharge just make sure you take everything you need as there isn’t anything close that is open in the winter.

My party loved this cabin so much! It was beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. The view was priceless. We had a party of 9 and 2 dogs. We had plenty of room. Thank you Blackerby Family for sharing your piece of heaven with us!
