There is direct access to public footpaths across the farm land & common land leading to the Southwest Coastal Path. Nearby to many natural beauty spots, including the Quantock hills, Steart Marshes and the Jurassic coastline at Kilve beach (ideal for fossil hunters).

The Stableblock at Gothelney Farm

In the Somerset countryside, the Stableblock is part of Gothelney Farm - a family run farm, focusing on producing food for people that is mindful of both their health & the health of our ecosystem & climate. The fields around the Stableblock are home to our pasture-fed rare breed pigs & also grow cereals used by local bakers, including at the Field Bakery - situated just next to the Stableblock! We hope that being at the heart of the Farm adds to your experience whilst staying with us.

A cosy one-room, annexe at the foot of the Quantock hills, an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. You'll have the place to yourself, which you can use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There are many stunning walks from the Annexe, or a short 5-10 minute drive from the highest point of the Quantocks. Alternatively, you can relax and enjoy the views on your doorstep. The annexe will be spotlessly clean on arrival.
