Had a fantastic time, beautiful location, wonderful welcoming staff, stunning unit. Already planning to go back for a longer stay.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped and as advertised, with great views over Brisbane Water. Bill the host was very accommodating, and we would definitely stay there again.

Good communication overall, very nice apartment, a little more obvious display that scaffolding would be covering our ENTIRE view, would’ve been appreciated, but no regrets with the booking

I had booked Marlene’s as we were coming to Sydney to see my oldest sister, other family and an event - my uncles 70th birthday. We read some reviews and thought it was safe to stay at hers for the night. We arrived very late, rookie travellers and bad planning meant we checked in late and Marlene had waited the whole day for us, which we didn’t know. We were received really well. She was very kind and the house was immaculate. We just had a great time with some family and ended up not needing to stay the night at Marlene’s, we came back collected our things. If it wasn’t for the birthday, we would have DEFINITELY slept there. Bathroom was clean. Marlene was a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming!

I thought it was beautiful, clean, and a lot of space. The price was great too

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Hidden Gem in Newcastle – Thoughtful, Understated, Perfect This place truly surprised me — in the best way. The space was beautiful yet understated, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. What made it unforgettable was the host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. I was greeted with beautiful complimentary drinks and felt instantly at ease. A rare gem!

Great location, place is very well maintained. Kitchen has everything one needs. Jeremy and Jane are very helpful and supportive. Manly is a vibrant and scenic place, the view from the balcony is amazing. Lots of things to do and places to visit. During our stay, the weather was perfect and there were plenty of opportunities for walking, swimming, looking for wildlife. Thank you, Jeremy and Jane for your support and hospitality. Next time we will be in Sydney, we will book again.

We had an awesome stay at Daniel’s place! We're a family of four and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having things like spices, oil, and coffee already there made things so easy. The house is modern and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host, really responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

We used the house as a base for our daughter’s wedding on the recommendation of a friend who had done the same. It proved to be a great idea as the house provided ample space and facilities for bridesmaids and our family. The grounds and house were perfect for wedding prep photos and videos. The setting is beautiful with sweeping bush views beyond grassy paddocks. Everyone who stayed with us agreed it was perfect for us and we may be back in the future for another wedding!

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Thank you again George, Patrick and Dave for the perfect experience.

What a great location for a short, weekend stay. Only an hour from home but we felt like we were largely in the middle of nowhere. It was a super tranquil space, surrounded by nature which led to a relaxing weekend for myself and my friends. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants to switch off for a little bit!

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

Peaceful and relaxing place right on the river. Clean and cosy house. Kev and Kez were quick with responding to the messages. Would love to come back again.

Very clean and beautiful place, had my two small children there and was great for them aswell, had a portacot and a high chair there which was great! Abraham was great and quick at replying when we had any questions.

A slice of heaven with the most stunning view.Perfect spot for our family to bond and spend quality time together with the pool, kayaks, outdoor firepit and fishing. The house was spotless which is always so important to me! Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Wyong itself was not the most appealing of towns. Mingara Club about 15mins drice away had some nice meals options.

I would like to say this is a home away from home! The beautiful comfortable apartment is located 10min walking distance away from the central shops , restaurants, bars, shopping mall and train station! Tidy and clean apartment with essential facilities! It’s quiet and comfortable! Well recommended for travelers who like tidy and clean, private and comfortable living space!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Thanks Daniel it was great experience with. Everything as clean and easy check in we felt like as our own house I would like go there in future
