Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

The Gîte des Oliviers is simplicity combined with elegance, rusticity combined with comfort. This pretty restored house reflects our hosts: pleasant, welcoming, warm. The human encounter with Nathalie, Christophe and one of their sons, as well as the landscape, the daily sunshine, the services in accordance with the photos and their descriptions, contributed to our stay going wonderfully! We also enjoyed the welcome gifts from the family production (Lucques olives, wines, olive oil)... A treat and a pleasure to give! Thank you very much! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Very good stay with friends spent in this house, very well arranged, comfortable, clean. Beautiful sea view. The South African barbecue is really great.! Also very good welcome from the host. We can only highly recommend.!

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house, which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table... The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Carole’s annexe is extremely well located, just below the walls of the Cite of Carcassonne. The gardens and pool are a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing. I would stay here again,

A fabulous few days spent relaxing with friends in a comfortable well appointed house. It had everything we needed - big table to eat at , plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, chilled courtyard space with options to be out , in or halfway. V close to the shop and bistro. The trains weren’t running but easy driving to Carcassonne and Limoux. Thanks again Olivier.

This was a great house surrounded by beautiful scenery close to the centre of the village. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We had a great stay .

Very nice qualitative house, large and bright, well equipped. Joris was always responsive. Improvement points: the entrance doors are capricious (we really had trouble getting in every time), we would have needed an umbrella or sunshade for the terrace, the space to play ping pong is very limited, and the bathtub, however pleasant it may be, does not deserve the qualifier of a hot tub. As a result, we have used it little, and as a result, the rental seems quite expensive...

Very beautiful house with beautiful decoration, and very clean. The owners are very nice. Have a peaceful and relaxing stay. I recommend this house without a second thought. It's largely good value for money. You won't be disappointed. We hope to come back someday…….

Listing matches photos . The house is very nice, well-decorated with a beautiful garden. Quiet place with wonderful views of nature and the surrounding mountains. We had a great time where we were able to discover Berlou and the surrounding area. Our hosts have given us everything we need. I would this property.
