Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oued Bou Regreg

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hakima's house. This spacious, well-equipped villa is perfect for spending time without being too close to each other. We enjoyed the different lounges and patios, the bathrooms and toilets in number and the very nice pool to cool off or sunbathe. It takes about twenty minutes to get to Rabat. It's very easy to get there with a driver via the InDrive app for 50 to 80 dirhams (5 to 8 euros).

A wonderful human and it was very useful. The place is very nice to recommend and we will come back again. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation in a good location. Hatim is very responsive and attentive. It is also good advice to enjoy the charm of the capital. we're thinking about coming back.

Perfect place in every way! House with beautiful views of the ocean and the sunset. Everything was as advertised. The place is comfortable, clean with all the necessary amenities. Great plus for pool and direct access to the beach. Communication with Emilie was top notch. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. I travel a lot, stayed in lots of places. But this one was the best ever. Big apartament, clean, quiet, everything as described, modern and safe area. The one who really make the difference is the owner. Younes was absolutely fantastic. He waited for me until midnight to personally welcome me and help me get into the apartment, then when I left he offered to drive me to the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning! Chapeau, Younes! Highly reccomended.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful location and was well taken care of upon arrival. The kitchen was particularly clean and the apartment made a neat impression. The communication with the host was excellent: friendly, fast and clear. A minor point of attention is that the shower water ran into the bathroom; a threshold could possibly remedy this. The check-out went smoothly and I left the linen in the designated basket. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect

Two consecutive stays a few days apart, small apartment that has all the essential amenities for a stay alone or as a couple, perfectly located.

Idriss was a kind host and Jamal, the concierge, was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location: close to cafe’s, restaurants, the shopping mall, our Arabic school (Qalam Wa Lawh) and the tram station to visit the sights and Medina. It is a spacious top floor (4th) apartment and terrace. You need to be relatively fit to climb the stairs because there’s no elevator. Clean with plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, it was nice to have streaming service to watch movies and a second WC. I appreciated the Nespresso machine! There were so many positives. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here, about 20 minutes from Rabat by car. A quiet place and close to the sea. Zakaria was an available and responsive host, I recommend 👍

The apartment exceeded our expectations, nothing to complain about... it was very clean and well decorated and lacked nothing, and the location of the residence is strategic, close to all amenities and located 10 minutes from the beach by car. No hassle for parking and parking is free. Laila was very attentive, easily reachable and attentive.
