I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, snacks , and extra towels. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect since I needed to work remotely for part of the trip. Mamon is a very kind guy . Thanks alot

Very nice apartment, faithful to the photos. Someone very kind welcomed us (you just have to let them know 15 minutes before arrival). Great location in the center. Very clean space. Small downside the 2nd bathroom is very rudimentary the 1st is very clean.

If there is a place to stay in this place, it is this one. Everything is new, super clean, and there is everything you need to have a great stay. If I were to return to Rabat, I would take this apartment again, as I felt so at home.

I travel a lot, stayed in lots of places. But this one was the best ever. Big apartament, clean, quiet, everything as described, modern and safe area. The one who really make the difference is the owner. Younes was absolutely fantastic. He waited for me until midnight to personally welcome me and help me get into the apartment, then when I left he offered to drive me to the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning! Chapeau, Younes! Highly reccomended.

All thanks to brother Mahdi and brother Nasser for their good reception. The apartment is excellent and its location is very beautiful. The security level is high, the place is quiet, and the people in the building are friendly and kind. Regarding the car, we did not have any problems in the parking and the place is spacious. Please note that there are two rooms without air conditioning and one room with air conditioning, but the atmosphere in Rabat is very beautiful.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Houssam apartment! The place was spotless, beautiful, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It’s near to the sea which makes it refreshing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. From helpful local tips to smooth check-in and check-out, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Houssam apartment, and we will surely visit Houssam’s apartment again in our next visit.

Beautiful place: very beautiful, very relaxing with incredible ocean views. 2 bathrooms/toilets so you don't walk on each other, a large living room, 2 refrigerators, and above all, direct access to the beach. Hosts are accessible and respond very quickly to requests. Small things to know but which will depend on the conditions each time, as far as we are concerned: the 2 very beautiful bedrooms at the back are poorly soundproofed (we heard the dogs barking several times at night / cars / motorcycles passing), and the small bedroom towards the living room is very hot with little ventilation possible. But it was largely offset by the very beautiful and very soothing place with this beautiful view! I recommend ++ and I will be happy to come back!

Three of us enjoyed our stay at Mamoun’s lovely apartment. It was spacious, secure, well equipped and provided a great space to relax in after a day of sightseeing in the Old Medina, Chellah (not to miss) and other parts around the beautiful city of Rabat. A variety of restaraunts are around the immediate area if you choose not to cook. The host was very responsive and helpful in many ways which made a good stay into a great one. I highly recommend this apartment and wish we had a few more nights to enjoy it.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed.Yassine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, offering great local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. Accommodation is perfectly as described, very clean and well-equipped. The host is welcoming and responsive. We particularly enjoyed the calm and comfort of the place. A place to recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful place with a bird 's-eye view of the ocean. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of waves! The apartment is functional and spacious. Mehdi is very nice.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The “balcony with a great view” was a fantastic bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out seamless.

Apartment is wonderfully decorated and very close to the beach. There are several pools on the very nice complex. The children particularly enjoyed it. Mehdi was an amazing host who was always quick to respond to questions. We felt right at home We used taxis for shopping and excursions e.g. to Rabat.

Khalid is a great host and responds almost immediately! The place is very big and also very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Rabat and I will certainly be back again.
