Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

It's perfect for couples +kindje , baby , or friends .The city is reachable with in 10 minutes by metro, Ajax Arena de Ziggo Dome and de Rai in 5-10 minutes, At night there will be a nightbus available , or uber. A really nice appartment At the city border of Amsterdam. Very spaceous and clean! Fully equiped with sunny balcony with sunscreens, washmachine/dryer, dishwasher/microwave etc Free Parking!!!!! WIFI Little shoppingcenter with supermarket/drugstore/NYpizza at 200 meter. City center = 10 min walk to the Metro that brings you in 6 min to the heart of the city!! Also RAI, Arena(ajax),Ziggodome is really close. Very simple connection to the airport! Towels/shampoo incl. 2 bedrooms

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” is close to Amsterdam, an attractive, authentic building. Great for families and business travelers. Free parking, 15 minutes by car from Schiphol airport. Conference center Rai and the Ziggo Dome are just around the corner. The Kruithuis is located in a historical building which was built in 1918 for the storage of ammunition. Enjoy the nature, the peace and the river Amstel. Only 15 min drive/20 min bike ride from bustling Amsterdam.
