Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Great and unique location directly down to child-friendly beach with Denmark's very best bathing water. Enjoy the view of Samsø and Funen head from the terrace or directly from the dining table in the living room with large open kitchen, a 3 person sofa, pouf, 2 armchairs and cozy dining area or relax on the cozy back terrace/patio. 35 minutes walk along the beach to the south you will find ice house, barbecue bar and mini golf. Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.
