This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

We chose Scott’s place because of how child friendly it was. We had 5 kids with us and the house had plenty of toys for the kids to play with. There was lots of space and places for our family to sleep.

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

Wonderful home, easy to find, perfect for our stay in Baldwin, KS!

Our stay was enjoyable. The price was a steal compared to hotel costs in the area. The host had an issue with previous guests damaging the property and contacted us immediately. The damage did not deter us from staying, and the place was very clean and comfortable. It is perfect for 2 people with clean appliances, plenty of towels, toilet paper, and coffee was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

We love it here so much. This is our second trip to Black Barn and we always have a blast. The firepits are awesome, the kitchen is so big and well equipped, the furniture is all very comfortable. The place is always very clean. It's so cool to go on nature walks. I mean this place is so big and private and amenable, you really can do whatever you like here. We tend to do big bonfires with dancing and music, board game nights at the big dining room table, naps in all areas, and big collaborative breakfasts. But, I have to shout out Heidi for being the absolute best host we've ever had. She is delightful to speak with. She clearly has a passion for what she does and cares about the customer experience. She is very responsive and polite. We just absolutely adore her. We will most certainly be back. Great stay, very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Just like home and lake view and dock was really nice to sit on, many steps. The only think that made us uncomfortable were the dusty, potholes filled and muddy road when it rained. Due to the rain this year, some roads were closed and very bad at times. My wife and i were concerned driving there during day, let alone at night. We had all wheel drive, and it was bumpy. I would consider going back, if they fixed roads. Had to wash car every day. Amity was really nice and made us feel welcomed.

We came to Meredith’s place to get away with our family of four and our sweet pup. We were looking for a place that was kind of off the grid and peaceful/relaxing, and this place was perfect! We spent hours in the game room, had amazing movie nights on the super comfy living room couch and huge screen, TV, and played basketball and cornhole in the large fenced in backyard! There were so many small touches that were really sweet about this place. First of all the beds were so comfortable! Everything was very clean, the game room was so much fun for our kids. We had a very small concern just a few hours in two hours stay and she was super responsive and kind in regards to it! Would highly recommend! Sidenote for families: there is a beautiful park/disc golf course and walking trail less than a mile from the house where we walked our dog, and an incredible coffee shop (Zeb’s Coffeehouse) where we had our morning breakfasts and coffee and played games. FYI! ❤️

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The space was cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The snacks were great! We had everything we could want!

This was a GREAT airbnb. A wonderful old house where everything worked and spotless clean and neat. I really enjoyed staying there. It’s very walkable to downtown and restaurants and campus. I look forward to staying. A great house and a great host!

We stayed at Ranell’s barndominium as a group of 5 traveling for Unbound Gravel in Emporia. The home was clean and cozy and having access to the garage was an extra bonus for building and working on our bicycles before the race. There was a storm on our first night and the WiFi went out. Ranell was immediately responsive and provided instructions to get it working right away. The home is very remote and quiet but super close to the highway making it easy to get food, gas, and entertainment within as little at 10 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb!

An awesome option if you’re going to Topeka. At the last minute, I had to extend my trip and found this Airbnb to be one of the few available. Although it wasn’t extremely close to the area I was needing to be, nothing in Topeka seemed to be more than a 10 min drive. The homes on the street are well kept and this Airbnb is no exception. If you are planning to cook on your visit, this is absolutely the home you want! The kitchen is the stuff dream are made of. The rest of the home is updated as well and one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The mattress on the queen bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. This is a great option for anyone visiting Topeka.

Jon & Nora’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend! We liked being in Olathe in the privacy of a home but still close to all that KC and the surrounding areas have to offer! The house itself is incredible! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and they have thought of everything! Our kids had so much fun playing in the game room and watching movies in the theater or playing the arcade games! There’s also a playroom with a baby gate which was so helpful for our very active 15 month old! We ate dinner on the back porch and loved the big open kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids are already saying they can’t wait to return to the “blue house” and we are so thankful to Jon & Nora for being such wonderful hosts!

My family spent 5 wonderful day at this great place. You couldn't have asked for more, the size of house and the yard was great !! We spent a lot of time on there boat dock. Swimming and play in the water. A lot of things also to use in the water.Not to forget the hot tub, it was great for all of us. Thank you Paige for a great week !! David
