Morgan's place is great for large family stay. we had a fantastic time, grilling, playing cards, sitting by the camp fire, roasting s'more and the whole 9 yards of a typical up-north michigan trip. Kids were busy with lot of board games and ofcourse the icing on the cake was the Arcade setup. He was very responsive with our questions and even allowed additional time for our check out.

Cabin was the perfect place for our winter get away. Host was always responsive and had helpful information. The beds were comfortable and host provided many helpful extras. The location was peaceful and beautiful. We plan on returning and staying longer.

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

We love the Gaylord area! Reasonable distance to Mackinac Island and all the wonderful places and beautiful wildlife.

Great house - great host - great location! Stayed with some friends for a weekend of skiing. Jake was a great host and made sure we were well taken care of. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and the area was beautiful.

The house is just great, all 4 bedrooms have a lake view, fully equipped kitchen, lots of beds, mattresses, towels, blankets, games, toys for kids, books... anything you might need. Private beach, fire pit, grill, outside sitting - everything is there. Absolutely smooth check in and check out, great communication from start to finish. We had a wonderful time (5 adults, 4 kids) at Luciana's house and I can highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

This Home has everything you could ask for. Very Clean, they thought of everything from the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to laundry soap, Keurig cups, cold water in the fridge and a smores welcome gift on the counter! Beds were cozy and clean, bathrooms spotless. The view is breathtaking especially sunrises, and the loons are amazing to listen too. The next door neighbor's are wonderful and friendly and the firepit was a great place to spend our evenings. 5 stars all around! highly recommend taking a trip here ♡

This place rips! ... very close to world class ORV and single track trails. Bob and Melissa were great hosts going above and beyond for us. The house was fantastic, a great home base for us to recover and hang out. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

A fantastic stay! The house accommodates many, and it's very private! The yard is beautiful, and it's easy to enjoy an early sunrise breakfast on the back patio. For the price, more than worth it! Would say again!

Retro vibes but recently updated and fully functional. Our kids loved the decor in the “football room.” It was zero degrees outside but the cabin was warm and cozy for our family trip. The hosts were friendly and responded promptly to our questions. The cabin has a large mud room which was the perfect place to stash our family’s ski gear. A burbly creek runs right behind the house and we could hear it from the bedroom as it lulled us to sleep. We would no doubt stay at Gus’s Stump again.

absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. the house was amazing, location was great and it suited our every need. but I can't say enough about how great the management company handled communication and any little issue we had. when heading up to the Boyne area we will definitely choose to stay with them again. highly recommend!

It was a beautiful, well maintained place perfect for our weekend of snowmobiling.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The only thing was that there were minor things broken around the house and with it being next to a golf course, a broken window, but Regan voiced that that may happen. Otherwise the home was beautiful and a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it!

This is one of our favorite AirBnBs that we’ve visited. I would stay there again. The view is gorgeous, the house is spacious and comfortable, and that hot tub is next level. Having a long soak and collapsing into the comfortable memory foam king beds were the perfect cures after skiing at Boyne mountain (which was an easy, scenic drive). I really needed a getaway, and this was just fantastic.
