We had a fantastic stay at Zoila’s apartment in Otavalo. Our multigenerational family visit consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 81 years old to a year old baby, and Zoila’s place met all of our needs! The apartment is roomy and very secure. The location near the market, shops and restaurants can’t be beat! Having a washer and dryer on the premises was a great convenience. The kitchen was clean with modern appliances and met our needs for family breakfasts and small meals throughout our 10 day stay. Although the bathrooms are small, the hot water for showers is always plentiful. Zoila always quickly responded to any needs or questions, and even waited to warmly welcome us at 3:00 am after a flight delay! We felt that Zoila’s apartment was a great value, and we would not hesitate to book her place for future stays in beautiful Otavalo!

It was my 5th month staying at this Airbnb and I must say it was the best decision. To start the year here was a blessing. Thank you Nanja and Klaus for everything. You’re the best for being attentive, caring and kind. Highly recommend to any Airbnb user plus the mountain views are beautiful to wake up to. Peace

My trip to Ecuador was great. One important factor was the fantastic host and the property. The host is responsive, patient, hospitable, and understanding. I asked many questions before reserving this property, and the host always responded timely. After moving into the property, the host did as much as possible to help me in various ways. My departure flight was a bit late in the day, and the host allowed me to stay as long as I could, instead of checking out at 11AM. The property is modern and clean. If you stay a few more days, the washer can be very convenient. The large terrace was exclusive to me, where I was able to see two volcanos and dry washed clothing. The space of the property is perfect for a couple plus one or two small children. The property’s location is perfect. Many stores and restaurants are within one minute walk. All in all, I highly recommend this property!

Julian's accommodation is very nice, comfortable and felt like home

The apartment is super clean, spacious and just like the photos, Maria Belén is an excellent host, always concerned about our well-being. It was a very comfortable and recommended stay. It's not that close to downtown, but you can easily get there in 5 minutes by car or taxi.

I enjoyed my stay here. Accurate description, very friendly and responsive host, clean space with full kitchen and laundry available, perfect location for what I needed. Restaurants, market, grocery store, pharmacy all in walking distance. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good, the place was as described, we arrived to rest and the Airbnb worked perfectly. During our stay, the only thing was that there was noise from the people who lived in the building, the rest was fine.

Great place! A *very* spacious and immaculately well-kept place with a huge kitchen! If you're going to cook, you really should stay here as it has an unusually large and modern kitchen, somewhat atypical of what you'll see in Ecuador. Also a really nice view of the hills around Mitad del Mundo. Fernanda and Dorita were great hosts and responsive both to meeting up and taking care of the wifi / Netflix setup. You're a 5 min drive from everything you'll need (stores, restaurants, etc) in what is a quiet residential neighborhood. If you're a light sleeper and hear the neighborhood dogs at night, just close the bedroom door. :-)
