Luxury renovated barns with private wellness

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Villa Vykmanov

Enjoy the peace of the mountains in a stylish, well- equipped villa. With plenty of space to celebrate special occasions or enjoy a fun holiday, making use of the large family games room but also finding a quiet space to relax. The house, for 17 guests is on 3 floors and an apartment on the 4th floor can be booked separately for big groups, so total capacity of 30 guests. A babbling brook runs by the terrace with beautiful walks and historical castles and towns and ski slopes a short drive away.

Bílka 33 - village home

An exceptional stone cottage on the village square in the village of Bílka with a unique view of Milešovka - the Queen of the Czech Central Highlands. You won't find a better view of the Chapel of St. Wenceslas than from the window of our house. From the cottage you can go not only to Milešovka, but walk the inspirin Path of Friendship. The sun rises in the bedroom, all day it revolves around the house and Milešovka and you can watch the sunset from a large family table during dinner.

Casa Cara, 4 apartments for 8-16 persons

Our accommodation has three cozy apartments (St. Hilda, St. Margret and St. Bridget) each for four persons, one bathroom with shower and one kitchen with dining table. In the attic there is a group room with a dining table for 14 people, a attic room and a youth room with bunk bed. The Casa Cara Garden invites you to relax, barbecue and chat. For the children we have a sandbox, skeleton, Kettcar, trampoline, kicker and swing.

Rhön Apartments (Frankenheim)

The Tiny House has a cozy bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with basic amenities. Bathroom: The bathroom is compact, but functional. Enjoy the nature around you on a small terrace. Sustainability: Our Tiny House is designed to be environmentally friendly and conserve resources. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. If you need a children's high chair, bed, please contact us.

Our cozy little cottage in the heart of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve can accommodate up to 4 people. Surrounded by trees and overlooking the Milseburg, it is in a quiet location on the edge of the climatic spa town of Hilders. Amenities: bedroom, children's room, bathroom, kitchen, living room including dining area, veranda, garden and parking.

Welcome to the “Ferienhaus Im Winkel” Comfortably furnished, our 18th century house offers visitors an unforgettable stay. The “Ferienhaus Im Winkel” was renovated in 2023. In a quiet location, yet centrally located near the castle square and town center, just a few meters away you will find stores, factory outlets and cozy inns.

Chata NIVY (Karlovy Vary)

Exceptionally quiet atmosphere. The house is newly renovated, very comfortable and will satisfy the demanding clientele. Place is nearby Karlovy Vary, the town the where an international film festival takes place every year. The region has many sports and relaxing activities throughout the year.
