On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

Cleaning fee of 30€ is not included in the booking and is due upon arrival.
