Apartment holiday rentals in Ostia

What a fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb host.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Sara che è stata gentile e disponibile. La casa pulita e ben organizzata. La vicinanza del mare ha reso la permanenza piacevole anche se la stagione invernale non ci ha permesso di godere del mare completamente.

Giulia e la sua famiglia sono ottime persone, l'appartamento è ben rifinito e si presta sia per brevi ma anche lunghi soggiorni sia estivi che invernali, la zona è tranquilla e ben servita, vicinissima al mare, è presente un parcheggio privato ed esclusivo dove lasciare l'auto o moto in tutta sicurezza. Super consigliato !

We enjoyed our stay very much and Tiziano was a charming host who was very helpful throughout our stay as well as before and after.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Für 2 Personen sehr groß aber so könnten weitere 8 Personen zu Besuch kommen und auch übernachten. Phantastisch ist der Blick vom Frühstückstisch oder auch von der Dachterasse auf das Mittelmeer. Der Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse ist sicherlich zur Saison auch wieder repariert. Ebenso der 2te Kühlschrank, wie auch schon in einer vorherigen Bewertung nachzulesen. Die Lage ist gut. Empfehlen können wir den Yachthafen mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Ladenlokalen. Vorsicht: Hinter dem Yachthafen (bis zum Tiber) ist nicht unbedingt für Touristen geeignet. Italiener haben uns davor gewarnt. Die ist von der schönen Wohnung aber weit genug entfernt...der Fußmarsch bis zum Hafen dauert ca. 30 Minuten an der Promenade entlang. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist ca. 600m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir würden wieder buchen. Letzter Tipp: Ein Amazonstick oder ähnlich könnte helfen...ansonsten ausschließlich italienisches Fernsehen...auf beiden Geräten. Ciao

Great place. Very nicely and recently renovated. Giacomo was very welcoming and provided several super helpful tips on getting to Fiumicino from Roma Termini and also getting back to the airport that ended up saving our family a ton of money. Al solito posto is pizzeria right across the street and is fantastic, and local market for fruit is very close as well.

Great stay- zero complaints. Bed super comfy, nice AC. Even left some wine and coffee - much appreciated.

Kimberly was so kind and let us check in early as we arrived much earlier than planned. She met us in person and made sure we understood how eve try thing worked. It was great to have the whole apartment to ourselves and we especially appreciated the washing machine on our long Europe trip! We also thoroughly enjoyed Ostia and the restaurants and beaches they offer. Overall the stay was very affordable and was perfect for my husband and I.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich unglaublich toll mit Blick direkt auf das Meer. Insbesondere auf der Terrasse haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Direkt unten im Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für die Brötchen am morgen, direkt uns Eck ist eine leckere Eisdiele und zum Stand braucht man keine 5 Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
