This place felt like home! Very conveniently located next to the market, supermarket. You can find all the necessary things for your stay in this apartment. The host was very helpful and attentive.

Giulia and her family are great people, the apartment is well finished and lends itself to both short and long stays in both summer and winter, the area is quiet and well served, very close to the sea, there is a private and exclusive parking where you can leave your car or motorcycle in complete safety. Super recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much and Tiziano was a charming host who was very helpful throughout our stay as well as before and after.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Loved the apartment and the communication from the hosts. We've already been to Lido Di Ostia a few times, but next time I would like to stay in the apartment again at Fabio's place.

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Great place. We used it to visit Ostia Antica. The beach cafe opposite was great.

The apartment is as described. Very large for 2 people, but another 8 people could come to visit and also stay overnight. The view from the breakfast table or from the roof terrace to the Mediterranean is fantastic. The sun protection on the roof terrace is certainly repaired again for the season. Likewise, the 2nd refrigerator, as already mentioned in a previous review. Location is good We can recommend the marina with many small restaurants and shops. Caution: Behind the marina (up to the Tiber) is not necessarily suitable for tourists. Italians warned us about this. It is far enough away from the beautiful apartment...the walk to the harbor takes about 30 minutes along the promenade. A smaller supermarket is about 600m from the apartment. We would book again. Last tip: An Amazon stick or similar could help...otherwise only Italian television...on both devices. Ciao

Kimberly was so kind and let us check in early as we arrived much earlier than planned. She met us in person and made sure we understood how eve try thing worked. It was great to have the whole apartment to ourselves and we especially appreciated the washing machine on our long Europe trip! We also thoroughly enjoyed Ostia and the restaurants and beaches they offer. Overall the stay was very affordable and was perfect for my husband and I.

It was wonderful!!! I read a negative comment about the apartment but I don't understand how you can have this kind of review. The apartment is superb, clean, well located. There's nothing to say. I recommend it 10,000 times!!! merciiiiiii

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time! The building had an elevator which made getting our luggage in and out of the apartment really easy. The bed was bigger than expected based on the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen is spacious enough for two people to cook in and the apartment has two balconies on opposing sides, allowing for an air current. The air-conditioner is a real life-saver sometimes as well. We can also heartily recommend the bakery nearby for breakfast and/or lunch (They make fresh food multiple times a day and warm it up for you). There's also a public beach within a few minutes of walking. If you want to take the train to Rome, note that it's about 25 minute by foot to the train station. We didn't explore the local bus routes though, so there might be a way to get there faster with a bus. Our hosts were very friendly and quick to answer. We'd be happy to visit again.

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! The owner was very kind, responded immediately to all our messages and responded to every request. The location is perfect: close to the sea, public transportation, and shops. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. We recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
