Newly renovated, small cozy cottage with magnificent location right on the water's edge by the Oslo fjord. You have 50 meters of private shoreline with your own sandy beach, pier, diving board and mountain knaus. Incredibly nice fishing and swimming facilities just outside the door. You can also access two kayaks that belong to the place. The cottage has a good ceiling height and open solutions, with a small bathroom/shower and two small bedrooms. Toilet in its own wall next door. Underfloor heating, internet, dishwasher and own parking. Ideal for cabin office!

Well-maintained and well-equipped cabin is rented. The cottage has four bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen. It has nice outdoor areas and is a good place to be! There is plenty of space to spend a lot of people together on a trip and the kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. For the children there is a sandbox, some swings and a large trampoline to enjoy outside. We have a lot of games, Duplo and other toys inside. It is 10 minutes to walk in rough terrain from the parking lot to the cabin.

We rent out the cabin and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cabin is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, swimming jetty and beach. Large lawn with soccer kitchen, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is 8 mins. drive from the cabin.

En veldig hyggelig og fin hytte. Flott utsikt med terrasse på 3 sider. Solrikt hele dagen. Parkering 50 m unna. Ca 500 m til havet. Innlagt drikkevann og avløp. WC. Peis både ute og inne. Det kan bo inntil 8 personer på hytta. Fullt utstyrt. Du må ta med egne hånklær og sengetøy. Dyner og puter finnes der. Det er lekeområde rett nedenfor hytta. Der er det Petanqe, Tennis (liten), Bordtennis, Basketkurv, Volleballnett, Sjakk

Nyt Østfolds vakre skjærgård! Hyttetunet ligger ca. 250 m fra sjøen med hovedhytte, anneks og stor, usjenert tomt med trampoline. Dette er det perfekte stedet for 2 - 3 familier på tur. Det er flere flotte friområder og strender i kort gangavstand, blant annet Dusa, Øketangen og Kålvika. Hytta passer perfekt for storfamilier. Vi har også hatt mange idrettslag som har vært på diverse cuper i Halden og Sarpsborg.
