One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be disposed of, including a boat with electric outboard motor and canoe. It's a land and child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out is the good depth ratio. A new floating bridge has been built. New weber gas grill. Great fishing opportunities. There's a lot of pike, mortar and perch. TV is connected to Viasat satellite dish

Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.
