We had a fantastic lovely stay at the nice place of Reidun Anita and Kjell. Very nice host and a lovely swimming pool with patio that we could use. Being able to enjoy views of the seal marina by the pool and the view of the fjord and enjoy the sunset up by the apartment was magical. Very nice to be able to look out over the fjord from the apartment when cooking or relaxing inside the apartment. Lovely bathroom in the apartment and great kitchen with lots of equipment. Absolutely luxury to get mowed also before departure as Liv Reidun had a hair salon in the basement. We would gladly come again! Thank you 🤗🤗

Very nice and modern apartment with very well implemented separation from the landlord's part of the house. You have "your" part including garden and thus, if desired, also corresponding privacy. Nevertheless, someone is always there to answer questions. The view and access to the water is impressive, especially the sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a house of Gentiana and Ermal, and the experience was truly outstanding. Guys were incredibly welcoming and had thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. I especially appreciated the spacious living areas and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and relax after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were equally comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the stay was the outdoor space. The patio was a delightful oasis, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or unwinding in the evening with the kids. The location of the house was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still within easy reach of local attractions. (i.e. old town of Fredrikstad). Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

Everything was very nice, my kids and wife were very satisfied, it is a great place for those who will stay as a family and I would recommend it. There was only one problem that stressed us, having the host's private belongings in the house. Thank you very much for having us 😊

We had a fantastic four night stay at the house, with ten persons in our group (three couples and four individuals). Eivind gave us clear instructions about travelling from Oslo S central train station to local station Rygge (a taxi ride or 20 minutes walk from the property). Eivind lives a few minutes away, and met us at the property on this occasion. Eivind and colleagues at Gjesterom (Norwegian for "Guest room") responded immediately to any questions we asked them online - such as information about the air conditioning, checking out arrangements etc. They also offered information about the locality, shops, restaurants etc. The closest 'shop' is the 7-11 at the petrol station just beyond Rygge train station (about 1.1 km / 0.7 miles). Otherwise it's best to get a taxi to Moss to use the supermarkets if you haven't a taxi. We had the very best of stays, thank you, and would definitely stay again. Cozy apartment and nice landlord! Everything was simple and Marina was flexible with check-in and check-out that suited us well! Recommended!

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The stop for the (free) city ferry is 150 m away. The underground parking space is also very helpful, as otherwise parking is subject to a fee throughout the city. We often sat on the cozy terrace. Ann Jeanette and Wim were always available and helped with advice and assistance, they were great hosts! We can only recommend the apartment!

Very decent basement apartment that met our needs. Spacious and with plenty of parking space. Most things went smoothly, and when we had questions, we quickly received answers and good solutions. We will gladly return another time we need to stay in this area.
