Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cabin so there's no time to fit, eat what and when you want. The cabin is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, private toilet with shower and a comfy sofa bed. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. Gästrikeleden passes just outside the residence and only 3 km away flows beautiful Dalälven, another 2 km away is Sandsnäsbadet with nice sandy beach. 13 km to Gysinge with its rapids and Färnebofjärdens national park.

Small cottage in the countryside

A small cosy cottage on the countryside, in summer surrounded by fields, cows, vegetable land and wheat field. In the winter you have a beautiful view of the landscape. In the cabin, there is a wood stove, and there is wood, the kitchen is built, and there is also a newly built bathroom. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Rooms are bright with lots of windows, where you enjoy the unique courtyard no matter you sit in your sofa, or lay in your bed. The house is newly built in 2022, everything is new and fresh. It's quite and calm here in the heart of Uppsala flatland but still convenient with a 2500-population-town around you-you are not lonely! 15 minutes drive to the city center of Uppsala.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
