Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Östermalm

Charming old house in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transport. All amenities available (the only thing we missed was hairdryer).

Saana is een superhost. Het is een heerlijk huis met op loopafstand een mooie natuurlijke zwemplek én een sauna, naast het eigen zwembad. Voor kinderen onder andere meerdere grote trampolines in de tuin. De communicatie ging soepel, op elke vraag was er altijd snel een reactie. Een heerlijk huis en een echte aanrader voor als je Stockholm wilt bezoeken!!!

Truly an incredible place to stay for a week in Stockholm. I have visited dozens upon dozens of Airbnbs around the world and Viktoria’s is one of the best. While it was clean, well located, quiet and well put together, by far my favorite part was the warm sunlight that streamed through the huge, beautiful windows every morning. The location was perfect — a walkable neighborhood where locals live and on many metro and bus lines to easily get to spots around the city. Plus Viktoria provided a number of wonderful local recommendations. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Stockholm, I hope I get to stay here again!

Super nice and clean place! About a 5 minute walk from the commuter train, so it was super easy to get around. Would highly recommend!

Mariana's Place is perfect for a few days in Stockholm. the flat is conveniently located in an area with lots of shops and nice restaurants, with a metro station nearby to quickly get anywhere you want. the building has an elevator and the apartment is very tastefully decorated and has everything it needs, even shower gel and some drinks in the fridge as a welcome. Mariana was very easy to communicate with, always answered quickly, was flexible regarding check-in time, etc. and just super friendly! I would definitely stay there again!

Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥

alles war perfekt. Die Wohnung war super gemütlich. alle Zimmer waren sauber. Der Ausblick auf den herbstlichen Wald vom achten Stockwerk ein Traum. Selim ist ein sehr freundlicher und entspannter Gastgeber. Wir empfehlen es jedem weiter und danken für den tollen Aufenthalt.

A nice, small apartment very close to Globen / Avicii Arena. Also city center is quite accessible with a small walk and metro trip.

Der schönste Bereich des Hauses ist das Wohnzimmer mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser. Man hat einen weiten Blick auf Segelbote, Fähren aber auch auf zwei Adler, die vorbeiflogen. Traumhaft. Das Garten hat einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Man kann auch von der Terrasse den wunderbaren Blick genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schlicht aber vollkommend ausreichend. Wir hatten zu fünft ausreichend Platz. Die Entfernung nach Stockholm ist gut. Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Gustavsberg gefahren und von dort mit dem Bus nach Stockholm. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung. Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We just spent a fabulous stay at Robin’s place. The main house is so nicely and personally decorated. The sauna and relax places are so well located by the sea. We really enjoyed this paradise in the Swedish archipelago! We will come back for sure!

Erika and Mattias are wonderful and very helpful hosts. They are always reachable and gave us great tips for the area. We had a very warm welcome and we miss them already. The house is so beautiful, nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. We enjoyed to sit on the balconies watching the sunsets and had a relaxing time. We rented the whole house and took care of the 4 lovely cats. They are very cute and easy to take care of. Our little daughter felt like in paradise with all the very nice toys and books. She enjoyed her own room so much! It was also fun for us to play in the garden. There are so many lakes around to jump in after sightseeing and Erika and Mattias gave us many tips for the best spots to swim. You will feel at home right away and we would definitively recommend to stay at their place.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich von Angela persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig huis in een mooie rustige wijk. het huis is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We verbleven hier met een groep vrienden en het was een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen. Het contact met de host was heel vlot en duidelijk. Na een koude dag kun je ook nog genieten van een hele mooie sauna.

The house is located right in center on a hill on an a small island near Vaxholm without any traffic. This makes it a very private and relaxing place. The interior is equipped with Scandinavian furniture and the kitchen has everything you might need. There is not a lot to do on Ramsö (apart from a boule and football field), so it is rather a place for some time to relax. Make sure to not miss the magnificent sunset on the rocks to the west near the place where the boat drops you off.

Jättefint boende och perfekt för oss som barnfamilj. Vi kände oss hemma direkt och var även trivsamt ute på tomten. Dottern älskade hönsen! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka någon gång!

I had a wonderful stay with Amaniel! I arrived late at night but it was no problem to arrange the Check-in. The flat was well-cleaned and the kitchen is nicely equipped (even had my own fridge!). The flat is very close to the tunelbana, there are several grocery stores nearby and it's also very close to a nature reserve. Amaniel was also very welcoming as a host, making sure I had everything I needed.

the place is beyond great, lots of space, very cozy, i truly felt at home for the 5 months of my stay. the apartment is also super close to the metro which is great for moving around the city. gianella is also a great host, super friendly and always helped me when i needed something around the apartment. i really really recommend this place!!!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Selmas Wohnung und habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Selma hat immer schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet und war sehr flexibel und spontan. Danke für die Zeit hier, ich komme gerne wieder ☺️
