This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Beautiful apartment for 4-5 people in a lovely area, that's both peaceful an also centric 2 min walk to nearest subway Gardet and supermarket 2 subway stops to Ostermalmstorg 3 stops from Central Station 4 stops to Gamla Stan 5 stops to Södermalm 4 restaurants on my street, 2 pizza places, a sushi place and a Swedish restaurant Double bed in bedroom Double sofa bed in living room Inflatable bed if requested Let me know if you are a larger group as I have 2 more apartments in the building

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.
