This is a top quality opportunity! 100 kvm penthouse/loft, all alone on the top floor, VERY PRIVATE and quiet location with terrace, windows facing the sky including from the jacuzzi. Spacious and open apartment with large kitchen and living room. Calm and quiet separate bedroom with double bed (Hästen Continental 180 cm). The esthetics in the apartment is a matter of the heart for me, therefor I only welcome guests with a truly gentle touch. Beauty needs to be cared for. Fully equipped machinery in all respects. An extremely bright and beautiful apartment with lots of windows, wooden floors, original beams and brick walls. There are more windows than walls :-) Situated in a charming, central area one block from Odenplan where you find all buses and the subway. Plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and funky, small scale shopping. Wonderful penthouse in the heart of Stockholm

On the top floor you´ll find this extraordinary penthouse with high ceiling and New York-style loft. It also has a big balcony, very nice for hot days. Its situated in the trendy district of Stockholm, Södermalm, close to everything, with lots of nice restaurants, cafeés, pubs and shops close by. Also the subway and many buses are right outside the house. Suitable for couples, small families, possible to put in an extra bed for two couples with one bed room each.

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. Modern, bright attic in 400 year old house

Very nice AirBNB! We visited Stockholm very spontaneously for 2 nights. William was very helpful, friendly and replied very fast all the time. The location is just perfect in the old town. The apartment was very clean even though we booked the early check in only the evening before. The cleaning crew missed to make the beds but William managed this for us immediately. The location in the city can be very noisy in the evening but if you close the windows, you won‘t hear anything from it. Remember, it‘s an attic apartment, it can get very hot in summer. WiFi and Check-in by the app worked both perfectly. There’s everything you need in the apartment (except maybe a safe, in case you need one). The apartment was very clean, but there were a few things to repair like a few broken doorhandles and no lights in the master bedroom. But overall the apartment is very nice and we‘d visit again, especially with William as our host! Thanks a lot for your hospitality and until the next time! ☺️

Merci à Roger pour ses précieux conseils avant notre arrivée. Hôte très prévenant qui met tout en oeuvre pour le confort de ses "voyageurs ". Appartement fonctionnel, propre et très bien placé. Nous avons effectué un excellent séjour à Stockholm avec 3 de nos enfants (ados et jeune adulte). Nous recommandons son hébergement.

The flat was very clean and really really comfy for 7 people. It was so nice to have a code for the door, instead of having to carry a key around. The trainstation was like a 5-10 mins walk, which made it no problem if you want to spontaniously go out. The host was really friendly and responds fast. We had a really good time staying in this airbnb. Thank you!

It was a really nice place and Q and Martin were also very kind. We loved the naiborhood with many bars and restaurants. The flat was cozy, stylish and clean and the bed was the most comfortable one we've ever sleep in besides our own! We really enjoyed our stay in that place!

We had a lovely time staying at Camilla's place in Stockholm. It was very near the T and a bus stop, so getting anywhere we wanted to go was very easy. Camill and her partner made many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They could not have been nicer or more responsive! We felt right at home. They had a fully supplied kitchen, and their coffee maker was the best! The bathroom was smaller than we are used to, but I think it was pretty good sized for a city apartment. It was clean, and the shower was great. Hanging out in the living room chatting and watching tv later at night with our grown kids was wonderful.

Great place. This is a large studio apartment with a glassed off bedroom, full kitchen, and combined shower/toilet/laundry room. Very comfortable place to stay, especially for those needing a long-term rental, as I did. Aspudden is a friendly, quiet part of Stockholm with multiple restaurants and an especially good café, a ‘stenugnsbageri’ called Bonne Femme, right around the corner. Short walks to grocery stores and other services. The Aspudden T-Bana station is a 2minute walk from the apartment, on line 13. You even get a picturesque view of a good-sized park from the balcony. I loved it and hope to book from Nino again!
