The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

Dining area for 4 persons and a high quality sofa bed which with a simple grip turns into a comfortable bed 160 cm wide.

No visits by non booked guests can be allowed. Here you come both by bus from Slussen or by Vaxholm boat in about 1 hour from the city. Here you have access to a jetty and swimming, fishing, canoes, etc. on request. The private porch view is worth a lot.
