The apartment is very functional. It has everything you need (maybe a dishcloth or a larger trash can is missing) to enjoy the accommodation and your stay. There were 5 of us for 7 days and we had a great time. Fernando responded to every concern or query, the girl who came to clean daily was super friendly and helped us with several issues. The beds and sheets are excellent. The apartment complex is very quiet and the location is perfect. I would definitely come back if I go through Mar de Las Pampas again.

The cabin is beautiful, the location in the heart of Mar de las Pampas with everything nearby. We stayed in May, a super low season for this area, so there were almost no people, which allowed us to rest 100%. It's a super quiet area. Host 10 points, always attentive and proactive with communication. The cabin is well equipped with what you need for cooking, a refrigerator, and a gas kettle (not electric). The heating is excellent, very pleasant and is kept at 24 degrees throughout the stay. There is a whirlpool and the shower has good pressure and temperature. The bedding is good quality and warm. The bed is queen and comfortable. Bring mineral water as the water is not drinkable. And bring toiletries as there are none in the accommodation. A fact that I did not expect, perhaps I did not understand when I read the publication, the stay is not for the entire cabin that is seen in the photos. Only the lower part without access to the terrace. Juan lives there, he didn't feel it at all, but just so you know.

Beautiful home, fully equipped and functional. Super attentive owners and answer any concerns or issues right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and with a lot of peace. Highly recommended to spend a few days off 😊

The person responsible for the administration was always very friendly and came quickly when a small inconvenience arose. The apartment is as shown in the description, close to Pinamar but away from the madness of people who are Pinamar in January. In front of a beautiful beach, quiet and next to paradores. The complex is very nice. The pool, games room, gym...all very well kept.

Pablo and Debbi behaved very well, they have Vicky someone who was trusted, super resolute , who was always attentive to everything. The apartment is a beauty, one would like to live there. It is a class apartment with everything up to the same. I had a problem with a curtain but they called to solve it in the curtain. Internet works great. The piletas are a plus apart, they are great and add up a bunch. I'm sure it's recurrent on the spot as I love Carilo and the apartment's location is amazing.

Excellent apartment! Super comfortable and modern. The balcony is a dream, with a grill and armchairs to rest. Hugo is always attentive and looking for a solution to everything. If you're hesitating to stay here, do it. You won't regret it.

I love the house, very comfortable and cute. The pristine beds, all the rooms have a fan and the living/dining room has air. It has a beautiful front patio all pasture, a churrasquera with tables and chairs. Close to the beach and downtown, the point is ideal. The beautiful pass and I will definitely come back.

Very comfortable apartment and with everything you need for a good stay

The house is divine, super comfortable and equipped. We went in April and we had nothing cold, hot water, quilts. Everything in the kitchen as in the rest of the house worked accordingly. We were 11 chicas and we were all super comfortable and the space allowed us to spend a few incredible days. Nano a love, super flexible, answered quickly and dedicatedly any questions. In the house there is everything, really nothing is missing. Without a doubt, if I return to Costa Esmeralda, I would return to Nano's house.

Dan and Silvia are amazing hosts: attentive, proactive, honest, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Dan informed us that the house might feel cold in the winter (we went at the end of May during a particularly cold week) and allowed us to decide whether or not to stay. We decided to stay and are so glad we did. While the living room does get cold because it’s so big and the small heaters and fireplace don’t keep it too warm, the bedrooms and bathrooms stay warm with the electric heaters. Also, the big fireplace was such a nice addition. The house is beautiful, open, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor space was so peaceful and beautiful. And the location is unbeatable: quiet (in fall/winter), walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, stores, restaurants. We went with our dog and she loved the outdoor space. We absolutely recommend this space and work for sure return when we’re back in Mar Azul.

A very comfortable and well equipped house including washing machine and dishwasher. In a very quiet area and close to the beach but also close to the center of Valeria del Mar and Pinamar. The beach is a few blocks away on foot. Evelyn was very responsive and friendly

The house is beautiful, more beautiful even than what appears in the photos, in addition it is decorated with very good taste and is super equipped. Everything is top notch, and the place is very quiet. Mae is an incredible host, always before everything, she gave us very useful recommendations to take advantage of all the activities that Costa Esmeralda offers, she was flexible with the schedules both when we arrived and when we checked out. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was impeccable, even the small details. We were 3 families celebrating a birthday and they even waited for us with everything for a toast, coffee capsules, even treats for the kids. The heated pool was also very useful when it was very windy. We recommend it.

We were a week in Semana Santa with the whole Family (Somos 7) and the house worked perfectly for us. The house is very nice, cared for and is as seen in the pictures. The closed neighborhood is very nice and provides absolute security and peace of mind. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for the owners who were very attentive. Slds.

An excellent stay at Carolina’s beautiful home! Awesome setting in the woods of Carilo, walking distance to the beach and commercial centre. The house was great - spacious, with great amenities (ping pong, basketball, parrilla and premium football on tv(!)). We loved our week here. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable and nice apartment overlooking the golf course. The complex where it is very complete with sports areas and spas, highly recommended!
