Beautiful, bright, clean, quiet apartment - so remote that it gets really dark at night and at the same time so centrally located that a good Italian is within walking distance. We had a really nice time! Guido, whom we unfortunately did not see, was always available by cell phone and especially helpful. Thank you for everything - we will definitely come back!

My friend and I stayed in the small apartment for two nights and immediately felt right at home. The apartment offers everything you need, is clean and cozy and also the noise from the street, which many complain about, did not really bother us. We will definitely be back!

Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a cozy feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. The garden as a whole and the individually used terrace were very nice! 👍

We had a great weekend with 8 girls at the place! The check-in was straightforward and Kilian was super flexible and always quick to reach. You felt right at home. The place was clean, very tidy and really well equipped – everything we needed was there. The location is also great, with an Edeka right nearby, and the space was absolutely sufficient – exactly as stated in the description. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a basement apartment, but the large window front in the living area and the beautiful terrace make it very bright. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need, even a coffee machine filled with beans. Beds also very good, everything sparkling clean. Aaron and his wife were very friendly and gave tips for the area and restaurants in Bad Iburg. We would book again anytime. We were even allowed to check out later and had the opportunity to take a short bike ride in the morning.

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

Wonderful stay. Spacious and well furnished apartment. Very clean too. Very friendly host. Beautiful location. You can walk into the woods in no time.

Marina and Wilfried's accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is well laid out, big enough for 2 persons. The bed was comfortable. There are various kitchen appliances available, which you would not have expected right now, e.g. water and egg cooker, coffee maker, blender. You could tell that everything was thought out. We will be happy to come back !

Beautiful lake park! The Vechtesee and the city center are within walking distance. The city is really great with many lakes and rivers, where you can take a nice kayak tour. Overall, it is also very quiet, with little traffic and lots of nature. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation! It's all new and clean. In summer at 32 degrees, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant, although it is on the upper floor. We'll be back!

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

We liked the accommodation very much and Peter gave us a great briefing. The sauna and whirlpool are especially recommended. Otherwise, everything you need is also available in the apartment. We were completely satisfied :)

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easy to reach, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.
