It is located on the ground floor, with swimming pool, overlooking a beautiful wooded park. A children's playground as well as leisure amenities (ping pong table, badminton badminton table) are available in the park. It is conveniently located between the sea and the mountain.

A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.
