Beautiful, quiet place, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city :) The cottage is very clean, and there is a large garden. Evening views of the stars - the otherworldly. David and Anna were very hospitable and helpful (thanks for the ride ;)). Highly recommend! For non-motorized: there are buses from Makovo to Żarnówka, but you can't always rely on them; on foot it is slightly over an hour away. The nearest shop is in Żarnówka on a hill (about 45min from the cottage) or in Makowo.

Lovely place, amazingly clean and very tastefully decorated. It's clear that Aneta has put a lot of thought and effort into making it nice. A welcoming guest pack came as part of the deal, option to use sauna (200zł per go) and jacuzzi (300zł per go). Just a few steps from lovely walks and treks. Closer residential surroundings not amazing, but unobtrusive. Everything worked, and when needed, Aneta responded when we were there. We were low season, so could have longer than advertised hours (checking in and out). Great for a small family, even a splurge for a couple, but not a budget place. Nice for two couples too, but perhaps some intimacy lost as it's quite cosy. Small but cute bedrooms. Space to be, to cook and to exercise inside or outside. Kitchen ready for cooking with electric hob, aga wood burning stove for (plenty of) heat, baking and country atmosphere. Bathroom great, downstairs, with a fascinating portrait and other nicely designed interior niknaks. Would love to return.

A wonderful place to stay in Zakopane! The house is cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The hosts deserve a special mention - they are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and were always available if we needed anything. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The wooden house is very cute, warm and clean + the location is great! We had a great time with my family there. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also, there is a fireplace, so you can prepare meals outdoors and just behind the house there is a forest where you can have a nice walk. The only inconvenience was sleeping area that is too small for 10 people. The sofa in the living room is great for 2 people, but 3 feels already crowded. And a small sofa on the second floor is not really comfortable. All in all, we liked our stay and the communication that was meaningful and timely.

a quiet and peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle. We were awakened every day by birdsong, which was wonderful. Clean and scented. Amazing hot tub. When the accident occurred, we were immediately given a new cottage so we could use the hot tub. We were a little worried that we would get cold because the temperature during our stay between 10 and 14 degrees, but there was a climate at the bottom and an oil heater at the top so it was perfect.

The place is exactly like the photos, very cozy. The host was very kind and answered all the questions. Delicious muffins were waiting for us to welcome. A very friendly little dog that enjoyed himself every time we went outside. Plenty of room to hang out together, be it in the cottage - living room/dining/loft or outside. A great place to grill and chill in hammocks.

Krištof and his mom were the most accommodating hosts! Never have I felt so welcomed and cared for in an Airbnb. They truly made me feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. As for the accommodation, it was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything one could need while traveling. I would highly recommend this stay and will be returning my next time in Slovakia.

We stayed at this cottage and were very satisfied! Nearby there is a forest, stunning nature is the perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is spacious and has 4 full bedrooms. We especially recommend ordering a sauna and jacuzzi — it adds a special charm to relaxation and allows you to fully relax. Anna is very responsive: she responds promptly to any questions. Of the unexpected things: If you plan to use the grill in winter, be sure to let us know in advance, as in Poland it is not very popular in winter, and the accessories to the grill can be removed. We also had force majeure — a blackout in the area, which, as it turned out, can happen in such areas. However, the issue was fixed within a few hours. In this case, you should have a supply of food that does not require cooking, and be prepared for possible temporary inconveniences with water. Overall, the place is perfect for a peaceful getaway in nature and we would love to come again.
