Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oscoda County

The stay was amazing we all had a fun time, Ronda is a great host and very communicative. The backyard was my favorite part. It was a nice little spot with everything you need for a good time. I recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

Beautiful place, plenty of parking space for 3 trucks and trailers. We loved having the wood burner stove for the cold nights after riding. Very comfortable beds, it was awesome to have wifi in an area with absolutely no signal. Would definitely stay again next year.

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

We have stayed at Jeremy's place many times. He's always responsive, & helpful if/when we need to contact him. Wonderful location, we always love staying here.

We LOVED this place and will return! We came during Thanksgiving week and it snowed that night and it was wonderful waking up seeing snow on the ground and on the lake. It was beautiful sipping coffee looking out the window. Our dog Luna loved it too and the snow! Patrick, the host, thought of everything you could need. We loved the book they put together telling us all the things we could do. It was like a road map to Atlanta. They responded to any of our needs quickly. We will come back again in the summer to take advantage of the boats to fish!

We had a large party of guests this weekend and couldnt have asked for a better Air bnb. Beautiful secluded home allowing for both privacy and feeling free of bothering any neighbors. Everything in the home was clean and working as expected. Plenty of space inside and out. Everyday there was an assortment of wildlife to watch. The pond makes for a great little swimming area especially with the mini beach but also fun to catch a couple fish. Plenty of yard space for games also. If you are going to need to stay in this area i highly recommend this spot for any time of the year, its a gettaway in the woods! James made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed for an awesome weekend.

Absolutely gorgeous home! Super close to town and easy to access! In a very nice neighborhood and right across from the beautiful lake! House was super tidy and we felt right at home! Comfortable beds and couches! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Nancy is a wonderful host and was super helpful and quick to message and respond!

Jeffrey had accommodated us during our stay by allowing us to pack up things due to a misunderstanding of time frame. We were expecting to be booked later but it ended up being booked for us to leave sooner. He allowed us to get things picked up before leaving. The apartment is in a good area with many walking distance restaurants which make it easy if you don’t want to drive around town. It was very nice staying there and I felt very safe in the apartment complex. There was plenty of cooking supplies which is often a hit or miss with Airbnb’s. It was very child friendly and I felt comfortable letting my one year old go around without being concerned with dangerous things for him to get into.

Sherri’s place was just what we needed on our trip. Cute, quaint, clean, close to town, and comfortable! She made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Jeffrey was a great and responsive host! The place was right near a lot of great restaurants and stores downtown Gaylord.

Scott was extremely kind and courteous, and was always responsive. He also gave us great local info and helped us when needed. Parking was very easy and there were no additional fees at any point. If you want to ski or snowboard, Thursday is the best day as the lift ticket is only $15. The room was comfortable and very easy to keep warm during our late-Winter trip where it snowed almost every day and temperatures rarely went above 20°F. The room had a fantastic view of the tubing and ski slope of the Ostego Resort, and it was an extremely short and easy to walk to the lodge or the shop to get lift tickets. We stayed here to attend a rally going on in Atlanta MI. It turned out to be a perfect location bc no matter what you needed from food to shopping was literally just minutes away. Accessing Atlanta, or the Canadian border, Petoskey and Traverse City were all very easy day trips to make. I was also pleasantly surprised how courteous everyone drove.
