A charming cottage with a lovely deck around the house and close to saltwater swimming. The cottage has an open plan with sleeping loft. Fireplace in the middle of the cabin and access to wood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is combined with laundry room. The cottage is secluded but close to the fishing village of Mollösund with shops and restaurants. By ferry from Tuvesvik you easily get to Käringön or Gullholmen. Within a mile radius you arrive to hiking trails, golf, and training opportunities.

Modern home with jetty and bath

Newly built house located to the side of our residential house but bounded and with completely separate spaces. We mostly hang out on the other side but of course if we see you on the balcony. Small dog probably wants to say hello too. Take the path down to the pier and swim or walk to Henån's vibrant center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and perfect starting point for day trips with bus or car to Bohuskust's gems. We recommend day crossing with M/S Byfjorden from nearby port.

Underbart mysig liten sommarstuga i Bokenäs, södra Bohuslän. Närhet till mysig badplats med liten strand såväl som brygga (7 min mysig gångväg). Tio minuters gångväg till Bokenäs Spa https://www.bokenaset.com där ni kan äta, spa:a eller köpa en glass. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. Eller så stannar ni hemma på den mysiga tomten, solar, grillar och njuter av lugnet.

Modern cottage at a quiet location on beautiful Tjörn, perfect for the small family/couple or friends who want to live comfortably with modern standards. One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, sofa bed tv and Wifi, bathroom with a washing machine. About 45 minutes (54km) drive from Gothenburg city center. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga på 30 m2 i Bokenäs. Det är 1,5 km ner till badvik (Rörbäck) vid havet. Till stugan hör en avskild mindre uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I stugan finns det mesta. Kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det finns fyra sängar 80x200 uppe på loftet. Ej ståhöjd uppe och trappan upp är lite brant. I vardagsrummet finns kamin, och enkel bäddsoffa för två som kan sova nära. Kommer ni en familj med 3-4 barn går det om man vill.

We rent out our cozy holiday home with newly built guest house, in a quiet area with proximity to swimming and music at Slussen and Henån for cafés and shops. The house is about 45 sqm divided into kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. The guest house is 18 sqm and has one double bed and one loft bed. In total there are 7 beds and a smaller bed for children. TV with chromecast and mobile broadband in the main cabin.

You won't get any closer to the sea, the terrace is over the water. Here you live in a cottage of 25 m^3. One room with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker The toilet has a sink with hot and cold water and now water toilet. The shower is out with hot water. Relax in this unique and quiet home with ocean view and close to beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) is built in 2020 and has the option to accommodate 2 people. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities at Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city about 15 minutes by car.
