Nobelund - Large renovated country house - Roslagen

Nobelund is a small farm in Roslagen with large lovely garden and several houses. Nobelund is located in the village of Ortala which is a beautiful resort with farms, meadows, gravel roads and lake. Close to swimming in both lake and sea. 5 complete bedrooms of which 3 in the large house, 1 in the small house and another 1 in a smaller guest house. All bedrooms have two full size beds. In addition to bedrooms, there is an additional bed and a double sofa bed. A total of 13 beds divided into three houses.

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Stugan ligger i ett lugnt villakvarter. 20 minuter med bil till havet och badplats. 5 minuter med bil till ett centrum med mataffär, pizzeria, apotek etc. Ca 1h 20 min från centrala Stockholm med bil. Möjligt att ta sig med buss från Stockholm. En resa på ungefär 2 timmar. Husdjur & rökning är ej tillåtet.

There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
