Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ortaca

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Lochville. The villa is open plan and airy and pool is a great size. Especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda which was shady until late afternoon. Garden is surrounded by beautiful plants with flowers, grown so you have privacy from neighbours. Location was good. Not super close to the main town but definitely walkable and easy to get a cab if it was too hot. This is the second time we've stayed at this villa and we had a wonderful time. Thanks!

What a fabulous villa. The pictures were accurate, the space was perfect, the rooms were spacious & clean, the pool was great & cleaned daily. The location was perfect as we wanted something quiet & it was an enjoyable walk in to Dalyan. We would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you! ❤️

A great play to stay, everywhere was only 30 or so minutes a way in a car to the beach or nice town. Murat was super helpful, and very response. The house was a described and all very comfortable, we spent 10 days as a family 6 there, lots of time in the pool, everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at Orhan’s place. Orhan himself was always responsive and incredibly friendly going above and beyond to meet any request or need that we had. The villa itself is beautiful, lots of space both inside and outside and comfortably housed the nine adults in our group, kitchen is well equipped to support the amount of people the villa can hold (use the number on the fridge to replace water in water dispenser), outdoor space is also excellent with lots of sunbeds and plenty of seating. Lastly the best part - the pool, the slides give something unique to the villa and having them gave us, even as adults hours of fun, a perfect space to be in and if staying in the villa is your thing (we like to venture) then you could easily keep yourself occupied for a week. Dalyan centre is a five minute drive away, also very easy to get to should you want to drink and get a taxi, you can use the numbers on fridge to contact them via What’s app. All in all a fantastic stay.

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

The apartment was very spacious, the spacious rooms were very good. We were quite comfortable as a family of 4. The furniture was beautiful in the new cleaning. The air conditioners were very good, we did not have any problems with the heat, which also made us happy. Only a few other parts can be added as a kitchen item. The location is 5 minutes by car to the Gocek bazaar in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to everywhere as a transportation. In some comments, it was written that there was noise due to its proximity to the main road, I was a little hesitant, but I think it was a very uncomfortable host. We had to make a last-minute change in our history, especially thank you for this. I will definitely choose it again and I can recommend it with peace of mind.

Suat and his son Mehmet are extremely friendly and helpful hosts who respond immediately to messages and were always very easy to reach. The house is in the middle of a very nice olive grove, very quiet, with sea and mountain views. A somewhat overgrown, but very nice hiking trail leads directly past the house. The equipment is very good (washing machine, dishwasher). A rental car is highly recommended here. The sandy beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance and also well suited for children.

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all the instructions clearly. The house was clean, convenient and equipped with all necessary equipment. Although the duration was very short, we were quite satisfied. We were also comfortable in terms of comfort, we rested peacefully. Thank you, Ms. Gül and Mr. Can!

My parents had an all-around pleasant and completely uncomplicated stay at Okşan. They felt warmly welcomed upon arrival. The accommodation was not only immaculately clean, but also lovingly and thoughtfully furnished - it really lacked nothing. You can immediately tell that Okşan attaches great importance to comfort and well-being. We would book again at any time and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. We had a great vacation Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!
