Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ortaca

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. If there is a place in the center in terms of location, you can see many places with a 10-minute drive. It was a useful house among the citrus trees. Everything is available in the house, just bring food and drink. I was wondering if there was anything in the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge had air conditioning. The garden is great for children, a certain part of it is just the grass. We really enjoyed it. A place where you can relax and see. & Thank you for everything

Ufuk is a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and check out. His place has a spectacular view that photos won't do justice. it's a 15 min drive to Dalyan where you can get restaurants, shops, boats, tours, etc. The pool was a little cold but it was March. Similarly the first two nights got a little cold but there is heating. There was nothing that required us to seek Ufuk's help during our stay but he was very responsive and I'm sure he would have come to help if we needed.

The stay was nice and the place is private, the pool is good it is close to everything

They were incredibly supportive of everything before and during our stay. It was a very friendly and friendly family place. We felt at home and they had already thought of everything we might need. However, the terrace of the house was perfect, there was a really nice view, I recommend watching the sunset from the terrace. The fruits and vegetables they grew in their gardens were exquisite, and we really didn't need anything else.

The host was very friendly, the items were new and clean, I recommend it to everyone, thank you Mr. Barış☺️

Had to stay in Dalaman for one night because of flight delays, it was nice to stay in my sister's apartment, right near the city, there was a taxi spot nearby, easy to get a taxi.

I felt like the house was newly immaculately clean, the pool is very nice, clean, there are markets around, the location is nice and quiet, we were very satisfied with the family, we were very satisfied with the host, Mr. Fatih, who is relevant and kind, and I hope to see you next year.

The location of the house is very close to the airport, and it is very easy to get to various bays by car. There are a lot of stairs when entering the house, but it was not a problem for us. The house was spotless, all the small and large appliances you may need are available in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron, kettle, broom, hair dryer). Mr. Kemal's communication and location were also very good. When he found the location of the house, he gave us information about the surrounding bays. She was extremely caring and solving in the slightest problem. If we go to Dalaman again, it will definitely be the first address we will look at 👍🏽

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. Feel free to come back! Thank you again for letting us stay there...

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool

We had a great vacation Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!
