Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ortaca

Villa çok konforlu ve temizdi. Alperen Bey ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Havuz ve bahçe kullanışlı ve tertemizdi.

Bu hayatımda tuttuğum en iyi evdi beklediğinizden çok daha iyi olacağına eminim evin konumu biraz zor eğer arabanız varsa bu ev sizin için mükemmel olur ama arabasız zor , onun dışında evin havuzu da güzeldi temizdi. Ben eve bayıldım arkadaşlarımız ile çok eğlendik. Buraya bir kez daha geleceğime eminim. Biz şansımıza boş günde tuttuğumuz için fiyat uygundu ama öyle olmasaydı da fiyat performans olan bir ev. Evde nerdeyse eksik yoktu mutfak araç gereçleri olsun temizlik malzemeleri olsun tamdı. Arabanız varsa ve sürmeye üşenmiyorsanız bu evi keslinikle öneriyorum. Uğur beyde ayrıca çok kibardı her ihtiyacımızla yakından ilgilendi. Her şey için teşekkürler

Evin büyüklüğü, bahçesi , havuzu, mobilya ve dekorasyonu iyiydi. Her odada klima, banyo tuvaleti var. Mutfakta yeteri kadar ekipman var. Bahçesi geniş ve hoş peyzaja sahip. 5 gün boyunca keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Merkeze yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araç varsa o da önemli değil.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

We stayed here with our 4 children of varying ages from 15 right down to 1.5 years old. The photos do not do this place justice, it’s beautiful and large with loads of space for us all. The only thing I had an issue with (and this really isn’t an issue at all if I had planned better) was that there were no plates/cups for children, everything was porcelain or glass. Again if I had known I would have just packed my own, but this does not take away from the fact this place is stunning. It’s perfect if you want to get away from everything as it’s situated away from all the busyness. The views of the sunrise in the morning were some of the best and our regular morning feeds with the chickens were welcomed by the kids. We would definitely come back Sevki was a great host.

The location is good, not far from the center but quiet, the place is clean and the garden/pool are also well kept. Good value.

The host is very responsive and accommodating helped with our every query and even left wine in the fridge for us which was a lovely personal touch. The villa itself and surroundings are absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views which you don't get from the pictures, it is also very quiet and peaceful. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. it's Very private and secure villa, we loved this as we like to keep ourselves to ourselves. The garden, pool area and villa is bigger than we expected great for little children too as there is a swing, seesaw and rocking horse in the garden. Our little girl loved playing on these like having her own park at home. We all loved the pool and relaxing on the balcony in an evening with a cocktail or 3 taking in the views. The kings Tombs can be seen from the balcony also. The town is a short walk away and the boat trip to turtle beach is amazing. We Highly recommend this stay Laura, Ross and family thank you

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Thank you for the kind welcome, Mrs Nilgün was really a nice person, instructing well about the facility, we enjoyed staying in cozy, private villa, really a quite good location aside the city, walking distance to any nearby restaurants, markets and to city center. Thank you for everything.

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden!!! Mussten die Unterkunft sehr spontan buchen da eine andere nicht klappte und waren froh dass alles innerhalb weniger Stunden so reibungslos lief! Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, sehr ruhig und privat. Außerdem viele Restaurants in der Nähe gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur der Strand ist nicht in der Nähe aber sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Werden wir definitiv nochmal in Betracht ziehen :)
