We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

The apartment was in the perfect location with a view over the lake spanning a full 180 degrees. We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony and by the pool as it was so hot whilst we were there. Thanks Luisa for everything and being such a welcoming host. Cheers Paul, Sonje and Liam.

Edvige is an excellent host. She left us fruit and something in the fridge to eat because we arrived on a holiday. It should be noted that there were no blinds in the room and the curtains were not very opaque, so the light came in early. Apart from that, the apartment was very good and the views from the terrace were impressive

This is my second time staying in Tenero in the Grottino and only experienced it positively. I felt comfortable and welcome in this cozy apartment and the beautiful garden. Esther is a warm host – thank you so much for letting me stay in the Grottino again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was me, my wife, and our 3-year-old daughter, and the place was absolutely perfect for our little family. The apartment was clean, cozy, and very well equipped, with a beautiful garden that our daughter loved playing in. The location was ideal — peaceful and relaxing, yet very convenient. We were close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery and just a short walk to the lake and short drive to the stunning valleys, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in a great location. We’d love to come back again someday!

Beautiful, very stylishly furnished apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the countryside. We had a great stay! The check-in was super easy and straightforward, which allowed us to have a stress-free start. The apartment was very clean and well maintained – you immediately felt comfortable. We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: In a few steps you are directly on the promenade. A big plus was also the parking lot right next to the apartment. Communication with the hosts was quick and friendly. We would come back anytime!

Fantastic apartment, view, swimming pool and communication throughout. We really enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very kind and allowed us to check out late so the kids could have a swim before we headed home!

The accommodation is so great, quiet and undisturbed as a corner apartment with a great terrace and small meadow. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Rebecca was always quick to reach and the welcome package with a few groceries was very thoughtful and friendly of her. It was an extremely relaxing holiday with baby and we can highly recommend the accommodation.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

There were four of us with Beatrice and her cool crew (dogs Chilly and Zora and cat Mao) and we felt very comfortable. Beatrice is very warm and you immediately feel at home. The view is magnificent and having breakfast in front of the apartment overlooking the lake was one of the many highlights. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well designed. The bathroom is very spacious. We will be back, for sure. The kids were very sad, they had to say goodbye to the animals after 5 days.

The accommodation is very modern and very nice. Everything you could need is available. Very central. 10 minutes' walk from the center. There are also supermarkets right next to the accommodation. Davide is very helpful and also inquired after check-in whether everything went well. I was extremely satisfied with the host.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
