Cottage holiday rentals in Orr Lake

This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

Amazing time at this wonderful cottage. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and have put a lot of time and energy into making this cottage an excellent stay. The hosts for this cottage clearly have a passion for making people feel right at home. Thoughtfully, they've left notes, instructions, videos, and even created home automations to make staying here as easy as possible. Everything was fully stocked from cutlery, spices, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. there was almost nothing that they missed out on that a group of people might need! The Hot tub and Suna were wonderful additions that we took full advantage of. The bed rooms and guest houses were cozy and comfortable (with AC/heating). The waters were very nice. Sandy lake that doesn't get too deep until much much further out. The dock was well constructed and great for relaxing. Overall, one of the best AirBnB cottages that we've stayed at in years.

We had a wonderful stay at Shahrzad’s cottage in Innisfil! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Shahrzad was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The location was peaceful and close to the lake, which made it perfect for a weekend escape. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Muskoka cabin. Great views of the lake and was really fun to go out on the canoe and kayaks. The cabin was cozy and nice with a great kitchen and awsome living room for hanging out and relaxing. Host was extremely responsive and nice. She provided helpful clear instructions and information. Would love to go back.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! Carm and Mary have a lovely space that they have worked to make comfortable and inviting! There were so many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the peaceful environment, the hot tub, and the surrounding beauty of the Georgian Bay. There were plenty of things that our children enjoyed- games and ping pong and the yard. The beds were the most comfortable have stayed in all vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and quick with recommendations. Highly, highly recommend this stay! Awenda Provincial Park and Wasaga Beach were easy drives and enjoyable.

My husband and I spent the whole weekend with our family at this cottage. It was everything we hoped for and more! Beautiful interior, serene beach with dock, and lots of activities. Only a 5 minute drive to Port Carling shopping centre and restaurant’s. I highly recommend to plan a family vacation at this cottage in Muskoka! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in the woods! It was clean, spacious, and incredibly peaceful — the perfect nature escape. The hot tub was amazing, and the game room was such a fun bonus. We also loved how cozy and comfortable the beds were, and the living room and big kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few mosquitos, so be sure to bring some bug spray. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature!

This was our 2nd stay at Ann's cottage and it was even better then our first! Anne was very accommodating in letting us bring our little dog Jax! The cottage was very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed. Check in/out was a breeze. Our family had an awesome time and will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

My friends and I had a truly fabulous cottage experience here! The washrooms were clean and tidy, which made our stay extra comfortable. We also appreciated the entertainment options available. Even though the weather was a bit cool and the dock slightly tricky to manage, we had an amazing time using the kayaks for the first time! The host provided life jackets, which made our water adventures both safe and memorable. Another highlight was the sauna — such a relaxing and refreshing treat after a day of outdoor activities. It was our first time trying a sauna, and it was easy to use. We loved it! One more thing worth mentioning — one of my friends accidentally left her phone behind. The host and cleaning team acted quickly and efficiently, and the phone was returned the next day! Overall, we would absolutely choose this cottage again. The great location, cleanliness, well-prepared facilities, and the kind and thoughtful host made this a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home! We absolutely loved the living area. It felt cozy with all the natural light coming in through the ceiling windows. The dining area was great on a snowy day. We played the games and enjoyed the views of the snow-covered pine trees! Loved the location and the house. Would recommend!

We are so grateful for the absolutely perfect week we had at this beautiful, peaceful, well-appointed, comfortable cottage. The space was very clean, welcoming and bright, but cozy! We hope to return as soon as possible!

We had a great time in Bijan‘s house. The property offers a lot of amenities. Our kids loved the paddling boat, canoe, pool table, soccer table, volleyball field…. The spot and the views from everywhere in the house are very unique. Bijan and his wife were awesome hosts.

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

We had an incredible stay with our 5 year old and baby. The place is surrounded by tall trees and felt so scenic and private. The property is right on the water and a small sandy area leading up to water the kids could sit and play on. Inside is fully equipped with everything to cook and have fun including board games, some kids toys and a high chair. The wood paneling everywhere and decor gave it a rustic charm. The temp control worked quickly to adjust and water pressure was excellent (sometimes a concern with cottages). Host was very quick to respond to messages. Overall more than a 5 🌟 stay and would happily come back.

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. We had a wonderful weekend away! The views were breathtaking and the cottage was beautiful. Robert and Dorota were responsive and attentive hosts, which we appreciated so much. Our only downfall was wishing we had booked for a longer stay. We look forward to a visit again sometime soon. Thank you!

For my birthday last weekend, I was looking for a cottage to getaway for work and to celebrate, and I immediately fell in love with this cozy little house when I saw it. It has everything I could ask for to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home. I spent my birthday here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The Scandinavian interior style is my absolute favorite, and every detail of the decor and soft furnishings was perfectly chosen. It’s clear that the owner, Lina, put a lot of thought and care into making this space feel like a true home for visitors. Each room was spotless, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Lina is incredibly understanding and accommodating. We all had an amazing time and are so grateful for this experience. Five stars aren’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay and how this beautiful house made our birthday weekend so memorable. Highly recommend!
