The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, thank you, michas. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

I highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. There's nothing missing and you can feel at home. A very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean is worth noting.

A very warm welcome, you feel right at home. There are good bars nearby and the beach (not sandy) is easily accessible, making it a very pleasant place to spend the holidays.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit of the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

This place is a real gem — a combination of a very low price and just a few small imperfections makes it a fantastic choice overall. The evenings were magical, filled with the sound of swallows singing and chirping crickets. There are two balconies with views of the sea and a quiet caravan park — it's incredibly peaceful, with absolutely no noise. Yes, the apartment has a few minor flaws, like a quirky striped curtain rod and a bed that wasn't the most comfortable, but honestly, with such an attractive price, these things are easy to overlook. It was a lovely, relaxing stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend!

I spent a few days in the apartment to telework from the beach and it was a hit. The area is very quiet, ideal for concentrating and disconnecting from the rhythm of the city. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and with everything you need to work and relax. The internet connection worked smoothly and you can see that Andrea takes care of every detail of the house. In addition, the amenities are at an adequate distance, which makes nothing missing without losing the calm of the surroundings. The entrance with the smart lock is a hit because it gives you the flexibility to go when you want and not depend on a specific time for having stayed for the delivery of the keys. It was flexible with check-in and check-out time, I imagine it did not affect other guests. Highly recommended experience and will definitely come back!!

Beautiful place, perfect if you need to disconnect and enjoy nature. Decided to go in June so that the pool was also available, and it was really nice to plunge in the late afternoon. The house has basically everything, and the hosts are always kind and always ready to help in case. Even if it's hot outside, the house remain quite cool, especially the ground floor, so that's great. The host will guide you to the house, as it's a bit secluded and the roads are slightly unpaved - but not to worry, you can easily do the trip even with a small car (did it with my 500 with 0 problems). The place is very charming and relaxing. I was travelling with my cat (she also enjoyed the place a lot), and I felt really safe as a woman by myself. Really recommend!

A quiet place to unwind in nature. The loft was very clean and tidy and has good equipment. Esster is very friendly and responsive.

We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There are several markets, restaurants and the beach is also 5-8 minutes away. A perfect place for families with the Marina d'Or show and several (amusement) parks. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I have no complaints. And communication with Ruben was also smooth. He responds quickly and is very friendly. I can only recommend this apartment :)

We were very comfortable in Elisa's place. We travel with a baby and although it does not have a cot or high chair, she gave us all the facilities for entering and leaving, which we are very grateful to you. The apartment is comfortable. In front of the beach and a walk away from the Castle, very nice. It's worth it.

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. We recommend this place highly, as it is uniquely convenient

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, they have everything. If you have any problems they will answer you quickly and fix it as soon as possible. The only drawback is that the train and the apartment are half an hour walk away and if you go very loaded it gets very long because there are no taxis or anything to get to the apartment in a more comfortable way. Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus.
