We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything was lovely! Oscar was super helpful and responsive. The home was clean and quiet and near everything.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Anna prepared everything very family-friendly 👍🏼 there was a kids bed, chair and even a bathtub for babys 👶 she commuincated proactive and very friendly! We will njoyed it very much!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

Sonia's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very cozy and although it seems small, it really has an excellent space to spend a quiet vacation. The house was in perfect condition, everything was clean and has basic materials such as paper, crockery, towels and barbecue materials such as charcoal tongs, pincers and matches. The area is lovely if you want to be quiet and relaxed, the village is small and although there is not much life people are very friendly and pleasant, we have talked to several neighbors and they are all very majas! From the village you can do several routes that I recommend like that of the caves, but simply going out to explore the river and the countryside is already a good plan. And finally Sonia, despite not having seen her she was an excellent host who cared about everything during our stay. She was always attentive and has made us a lot of recommendations, so for that and much more it has a 10

Beautiful apartment a few steps from the port, close to the tram to reach Castellon and on foot we easily reached the beach. Always close to the house supermarket, bars and restaurants. We were greeted in person, communication was always easy and the host was very helpful. Too bad we only stayed 2 nights. Thank you for everything!

The apartment being a bass and independent, is very comfortable, since there is no need to access a portal, and it is easy to come and go all the time. Two streets away there is a market, an aldi and a very large bazaar to buy. It's fresh because of what I guess in summer it's ideal. (we were the May bridge) We really liked it.

This flat was ideal for my family of 3. It was very clean with great views of the ocean. Martina was super responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. We'll be back for our next beach getaway.

Polite and friendly hostess who greeted us personally and showed us the apartment and gave us tips. The apartment is equipped with good quality furniture, the beds are also ideal for people with back problems. From the living room and the terrace, a good view of the harbor. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Spain, there were sometimes problems with the odor nuisance (hallway, elevator, small toilet and terrace) from the sewer system, which was beyond Alicia's control. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as smaller supermarkets and two slightly larger ones. Bus and tram around the corner, so that you were fully mobile even without a car. We spent 14 days in this apartment and enjoyed the time.

This is our second time vacationing in this town. Great location, sea view, everything is close. The apartment is freshly renovated, everything is working, fully equipped for 5 people. The only thing is the office where you need to pick up the keys is 4, 5 km from the apartment, agree in advance to bring the key to the apartment. But this is a small thing that was quickly forgotten after the first swim in the sea🫠

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

We were very comfortable in Elisa's place. We travel with a baby and although it does not have a cot or high chair, she gave us all the facilities for entering and leaving, which we are very grateful to you. The apartment is comfortable. In front of the beach and a walk away from the Castle, very nice. It's worth it.
