Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. It’s a super cozy place with a great vibe, and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The location is unbeatable—literally just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made my mornings and evenings absolutely magical. Jack is not only a top-notch host but also just a genuinely wonderful person. I highly recommend staying at his place. You won’t regret it!

The house surpassed our expectations it was just perfect. Great relaxing by the pool with a sea view. The house is well equipped with everything you could want. i can’t recommend enough!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a bit more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Themida’s place is truthfully one of the best Air B&B’s we have ever stayed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were able to do some washing and dry our clothes at no extra charge. The complimentary amenities such as coffee, milk, water, soft drinks and even beer was a lovely surprise. We had a problem with the blind in the living area and Themida was proactive, came out and fixed it straight away the next morning and was very apologetic (there was no need for her to apologise). We loved staying at Themida’s place and will definitely return in future. We wish you the very best for the future and hope you will host us again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pyla. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s on the 1st floor with an elevator and has a lovely view of the pool. The location is excellent just minutes from the highway, which made it easy to get around, yet still in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of breakfast essentials waiting for us when we arrived,bread, juice, water, pastrami, and cheese. It was perfect after a long travel day. The building has both an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a gym, all open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Pool towels were also provided, which was a nice bonus. There was always plenty of hot water. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was great throughout. We really enjoyed our time here and we would certainly return. A car is a must.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

The house is nice, older than it looks in the pictures, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to meet us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

Comfortable accommodation, we visited with a 12-year-old boy on vacation. A central location near the beach and all the necessary services for the vacation were found within walking distance. Isabella provided clear instructions and nice tips for a getaway. Thank you so much for your stay and wonderful vacation 😊

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

5-star property and host. All aspects were as described and expected. Apartment is best value-for-money, having 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with a kitchen. Meticulously clean at every spot. Quite close the the main beach of Larnaca. Took us 10 min walking with kids. The host is very responsive and always available. Our kids did a leak in a outdoor pipe on Sunday evening and the host took care of it immediately. Highly recommended!

There is a reason I keep coming back here. Lovely apartment in a great location and a fabulous host.
