Holiday rentals with a patio in Oroklini

Our stay was fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for. Lovely clean spacious flat, kitchen and TV.l and balcony overlooking the pool area. Super value for money. The communal pool was a bonus. Near to beaches and places to eat ( A car recommended if you want to go further afield) . Close to the border crossing in the North , lovely village location, plenty of local shops. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone and will book here again in a heartbeat. Christopher was extremely helpful and flexible, which was perfect.

Great apartment in the middle of town. Close to shops, restaurants and the ocean. Host was super friendly and very responsive. Will definitely stay again :)

IT was a perfect stay at Ustay who is a really great host.He allowed us flexibile check in and check out for free,nobody is doning this anymore these days. We had very restful nights and a very good vibe. We will come back again for sure Thank You for all!

We had the best time at the Sunflower apartment. Everything was super clean and well maintained. You basically have everything you need and especially the balcony was our highlight. The host was very responsive and always there to help. The area is really calm but it is not directly in the city centre, but this is no issue at all as it is only a 10 minute drive :)

Nice and clean accommodation! Located a little secluded but still within reasonably walking distance to the tourist area with bars, beach and restaurants. However, by car, it is very practical and parking space is included. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice with the roof terrace but it sometimes blows too much to be able to have the umbrella up. For us it worked perfectly!

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there's a faucet and an entrance directly into the bathroom - super convenient after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves - ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Again everything was perfect, we will comeback! Perfect for family.

An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus

What a great place, nicely designed and big, with a shared pool, beatiful view and everything you need. they even left us some toys for our kid. The village is wonderfull, walkable with lots of charm. We loved this airbnb. Just don't open windows and sliding doors in the afternoon. We had lots of mosquitis the first night because of that. Next nights when we kept everything tightly closed it was great - no mosquitos.

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The place has been absolutely amazing, it has been exactly what you could wish for! The swimming pool is truly private and only for your own use. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can e.g. order all the groceries there and food from different restaurants. I worked remotely part of the time and the Wi-Fi was good for that. It is not really an apartment, but more like a villa in terms of all the amenities and privacy. I also felt really safe there. I would also like to praise the private backyard, which opens up to the swimming pool through the large glass doors via the terrace. Sun shines on it most of the day but you can also be in the shade on the terrace if you want. There's bottled drinking water, lots of towels, sunscreen etc. I'd come back anytime and would recommend it to everyone! Vera is a perfect host, she gives you all the information you need and is ready to help you at any time. She really wants you enjoy your time in there and is a kind and caring person.

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.

Fantastic amenities, Jim was very responsive to a question we had. 2nd year running, very happy.

Very close to the center and Finikoudes . Sotiriya has everything in the house for washing dishes, washing , iron . Absolutely everything is there for a comfortable stay . Agrotis Supermarket 7 minutes , Metro 13 minutes walk . Large terrace . Sun-protected terrace . There is an elevator. A large set of dishes for baking and glasses for drinks . Linen is available . There are blankets and blankets to warm up on the balcony . Very good wi fi . The balcony is comfortable .

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
