House holiday rentals in Oro-Medonte

After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

This house was perfect for our large group: for couples and a baby. Having the pool was a bonus that we really appreciated in the warm weather. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and there were enough linens as well as pool towels for us all. There was plenty of space for everybody as the rooms were all quite large, particularly the master bedroom. The house were incredibly accommodating when we realized after checkout that we had left a couple of items behind. They were able to make arrangements for us to retrieve them several days later back in Toronto! I definitely can recommend this house.

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

The cottage is just off the main road making it extremely convenient. There was more than enough space for our party of ten. We really loved the two living spaces, upstairs and downstairs. And the outside area was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend Herbs place to friends!

This place was very cute and cozy. The only downside was that there is no kitchen table. There is an island but as people who like to play board games, it would be nice to have a table. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very clear on her expectations and was easy to communicate with. 5stars would recommend.

The place was perfect for what we needed. I would say another couch for the size of place would be helpful. We had 5 adults in our group and had to sit on the kitchen chairs. The keypad was finicky to put the code in perhaps better instruction on that but otherwise it was exactly what we needed. The host was great, responsive and very friendly.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

This place was a great spot. Just down the road from lots of restaurants and stores to shop. It was also just down the road from the arenas we were playing at that weekend. The place was big enough to fit everyone comfortably and was very clean. The washer and dryer also came in handy when we needed to wash, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place for a family looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

This is the second time I stayed at Allison’s place and it is a lovely spot. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is a perfect home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, quiet, and nestled in a beautiful, peaceful community — the view from the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. There are walking trails just steps from the front door, and it’s a great jumping-off point for exploring Horseshoe Valley or spending the day at Vettä Spa. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub since we opted for the spa, but having access to those amenities is a great bonus for anyone staying longer. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with nature close by.

Myself and my friends had a pleasant staycation at Xin’s house in May. I had given a heads up that there will be a 4 months baby with us and they made sure the entire space is clean making it most comfortable especially for the baby. The host was super responsive from the time I booked and replied to my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot not very far from city yet appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I can’t wait to return. Jennifer’s cottages are a labor of love. You can tell from the attention to every detail. The yellow cottage wasn’t huge, yet it had everything I needed and then some thanks to a clever and organized host. I ran into Jennifer’s husband outside the cottage and the guy is a great host. Gave me tons of recommendations.
