The Little House at Älven

Here at the moälven you will find this small but still spacious house. Four smaller bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed sofa for 2 people, 3 of the bedrooms have new lovely 120cm beds and 1 of the rooms has a new 90cm bed. With proximity to the High Coast trail and the weekly golf course, the nature around the corner is the corner. Fishing in moälven is possible and swimming area is within 1.9 km. Bus stop is 50m from residence and you get into the city center in about 10min. Proximity to Domsjö factory area for those who work.

Relax in this peaceful place, close to everything that can be experienced in the High Coast area. The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Vår pärla i Stråsundsviken, Höga kusten, ligger vackert beläget på naturtomt (blåbär inhämtas med lätthet till frukosten) med bara några minuters vandring ned till en lugn havsvik. 2 sovrum, 160 cm säng samt våningssäng (120 cm i nederslafen samt 90 cm i överslafen). Tv del med två soffor (kan användas som ”extrasängar” om önskemål finns). Modern 55 tums tv och appleTV. Fiber indraget med bra Wifi (mobiltäckning dålig så Wi-Fi samtal används). Weber gasolgrill, SUP finns att låna.

Lägenheten ligger i souterrängvåningen av vårt bostadshus och har en egen ingång samt gratis parkering. De två sovrummen, båda utrustade med dubbelsängar, är placerade på varsin sida av lägenheten för extra komfort och avskildhet. Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
