Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Orleans County

We have stayed at Neal’s place multiple times in the spring and fall, and have always found it to be convenient and cozy. This time, unexpected snow and a town-wide power-outage made the propane fireplace, battery-powered lantern, and handheld flashlight more than just ambiance-enhancers! They were peace-of-mind enhancers! Thank heavens we had received our Chicken Confidential sandwiches at Black Bird Bistro (a MUST every time we’re in town!) five minutes before the outage. Vacation saved!

We had a great weekend in Glover! A clean, bright, well designed home with lovely views. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well supplied and Kyle and Jenny were responsive and friendly. Don’t ignore their warnings about the road - it’d be nearly impossible to get there in the winter or mud season without snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive. I’d definitely go back!

Mom's Place has everything I would hope for in an airBnb. Lots of bedrooms to spread out in, a nice kitchen with tools and supplies, and a good dining room table. Communication was fine, and everything to do with the home was exemplary.

Patricia’s home was quiet and clean. It was a lovely stay and the hosts were very kind!

All went according to plan. Responsive host, very comfortable home where a lot of work had been done to update it. We really enjoyed it!

My family and I absolutely loved this house! We were in town for a graduation and needed a place that wasn't fussy and could accommodate a large, multi-generational group. This place was perfect. From my 18 year-old newphew to my 72 year-old mother, we all fell in love with the property. From the moment we walked in felt instantly comfortable - rustic, lived-in, homey, and very clean. We spent 1/2 the time there brainstorming excuses to come back in the winter! I mostly communicated with Savanna. She was wonderful - professional, friendly, and flexible. Bottom line, if you're looking for a comfy stay in charming farmhouse in a bucolic setting, this is the place for you. !00% recommend!

The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to! Wonderful host and beautiful Mountain Views with fresh air. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything a cook wants and needs. Would love to book again!

My wife and I were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings. The host thought of everything that would or could be needed to make us feel like we were at home. From the moment we arrived we knew our time here was going to be very enjoyable. The next time we plan to visit Jay, Vermont, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property. Lynn’s condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed being able to ski in/out and walk to the waterpark and dinner. Our dog enjoyed daily walks along the xc trails. We had everything we needed for a memorable family getaway.

We loved our 3 night stay at this cozy condo on Burke Mountain! We enjoyed the easy access to the slopes, the wood burning stove, and a few awesome area restaurants recommended by Meredith! We hope to be visit again soon!

We loved Vermont and our stay. Hardwick was a lovely town and we enjoyed getting breakfast and coffee at Front Seat every morning (per Ann’s suggestion). The locals were so kind! Ann checked on us to make sure we were warm enough and even left us some apple cider to enjoy! She had plenty of recommendations for us. We got to enjoy the fall colors of Vermont, and are already talking about our next trip back!

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Great house and responsive host. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of books/games to keep you occupied.

We had a wonderful stay, the views are amazing and it’s close to mountains and the lake. We were staying in the area for a wedding and enjoyed a peaceful cozy retreat here. We loved the decorations and little details inside and outside. We’re looking forward to coming back and bringing our own pup to meet friendly fluffy Sunny!

this was my second time staying at the airbnb, my girlfriend and I absolutely love the house & property. The locals are extremely nice & helpful as well. We had a flat tire and took it to Hays Auto and even though they were busy they took care of us and were extremely kind. The house is gorgeous and extremely private. Very clean as well when we arrived. Scott was amazing just like last time on if we needed anything or if we got up there with no problems! My girlfriend and I will also choose this airbnb when we stay in vermont. Greensboro & It’s locals have a special place in our heart! You won’t be disappointed if you stay there! ps go to blackbird bistro! their food is amazing, great environment and only around 15minutes from the Airbnb it’s our go to!

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

Larry's place was exactly what we needed. We only stayed one night, but wished we had longer to stay. Larry was extremely clear in describing how to get there, communicated some important details to us, and when we needed some help, was very fast and helpful. I love the unique feel of the woodwork inside the loft apartment, and we enjoyed the extremely quiet surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect peaceful stay, close to Jay Peak and the Inn's restaraunt is right down the road. Right on the river, we enjoyed being able to do a polar plunge in the woods to start our day! Our pup felt right at home and it's a perfect place to stay anytime of the year

This is a really charming cabin in a great location. We stayed for a short family weekend of hiking and it couldn’t have been more ideal. Highly recommend the place and the area!

This house was perfect. It is exactly what you hope for in an Air Bnb. It was absolutely immaculate inside and anything you could need was already there. My family and I had work to do on land in the area and we booked this location as a resting spot after long days of work and I'm so happy we did. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to unwind at the end of the day and look out at Lake Memphremagog through the expansive windows, while playing games with my family. It was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. I also want to thank Ally (and the owner) for allowing us to bring our dogs with us. They loved playing outside and looking out the windows at the lake and surrounding woods. For one of our dogs it was his last trip, as he has reached the age where traveling after this will not be feasible so it was great to see him so happy there. It was truly a wonderful stay and we encourage anyone reading this to book a stay here. Thank you again for everything Ally.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s cabin! She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the property was absolutely beautiful. The cabin itself was small, cozy, and just what we were looking for, a peaceful weekend retreat tucked away in the woods. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We loved the welcome basket that had a few treats with a Vermont vibe. If you're looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
