Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Orchard Mesa

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a soccer tournament. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 with plenty of room and amazing views of the national monument right next to it. The patio was so peaceful and landscaping was so beautiful to look at. If you want a secluded private location this is the place for you, very quiet, natural surroundings. The inside is very well appointed and modern, big bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. Great place to stay, would definitely go back.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch in the evenings! We were in town for the Special Olympics and were able to walk to the college campus where they were being held. There was a grocery store close by, and a couple of great restaurants that were recommend in the guidebook that we loved. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was as advertised. Great location, close to everything, easy walk to downtown. The hot tub was nice. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. The GPS took us to the alley, but the entrance is in the front--not the host's fault but useful to know. Four of us were there for four nights, and it worked well for us the entire time.

This peach of a farmhouse is truly a hidden gem! We have been multiple times and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palisade. Julie as always is the perfect host everything is in order and as advertised. Great find and even better peaches!

This home was cozy and a perfect place for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower ginormous and wonderful! Could have taken an hour long shower! The home is a block from a great Mexican restaurant and within a couple blocks of others including great coffee shops! The hosts were quick to respond and are very easy going and accommodating!

what a delight of a house. we only stayed one night, just passing through on a road trip. but this house made me wish we were staying longer in Grand Junction. thanks so much, Pamela.

I had to come to Grand Junction for a brief family gathering. I had lost another spot that I reserved due to a maintenance issues. I was grateful to find Charles’ place. I did have an issue getting in due to a code issue on the lock. However to Charles’s credit he came to let me in within a few minutes so that I could get settled. I was appreciative of his quick response and how willing he was to help. Overall, the space was as described and was comfortable and quiet which allowed me to have a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and the space very clean and well decorated and newly remodeled.

I enjoyed my stay, the apartment was charming and decorated nicely. The area was surprisingly quiet. I found the kitchen easy to be able to cook in. It had everything I needed.

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

This tiny homes sits across the street from the Wildwood trailhead that leads into the colorado national monument. I got to wake up every morning to that beautiful view. This place is extremely peaceful and beautiful. The home was similar to a hotel room but a million times more private and less constricting. Very clean and with all the listed amenities. the property managers thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, sponges, etc. They also left some snacks and gifts as well as a ton of info on the surrounding area. The owners are next door but very sweet and understanding especially when I had an incident the moment I got there! This was a magical place. Please be aware tho that this house is sort of in a rural area which means nature in all its forms makes its presence known. With that said, the house is very well sealed from critters. Not one sleepless night for me!

My grandsons and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to walk to eat. Parking was great and the retro look had its own charm taking me back to my younger days. The area was quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. Sam G

The apartment is very clean and tidy. We felt at home. It is a great place for a couple with two kids. It may be crowded for 6 adults considering there is only one bathroom. The host, David, is very responsive and gets back to you pretty much immediately.

Comfortable, clean and great value for travelers of all sorts. Our host and the staff are kind and available to answer any needs or inquiries. Beds were comfortable and beautifully remodeled room. Thank you to all of you.

Amazing place! We loved it so much. It was very clean and cute. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Janell and Mike were super responsive and helpful with the checking and check- out. Overall lovely place and wonderful hosts.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place for me while I was visiting my son. Nice and clean and Joy checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed.

Megan was a fantastic host and her Airbnb was the perfect place to spend the night. The location is as described, comfortable, and clean. Megan is responsive and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
