Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die einen Rundumblick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Wunderbare Sonnenauf-untergänge, ruhig - wir konnten sogar den Wiedehopf beobachten und im Garten die reifen Aprikosen und Pflaumen naschen. Francesco ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Im Haus hat es alles, was man benötigt, die Küche super eingerichtet und das eigene Olivenöl ist sehr fein. Die Anfahrt ist auch mit einem größeren Auto - wir haben einen Citroen Berlingo - möglich.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Eine geräumige und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung für bis zu 4 Gästen. Die Küche ist in einem Schrank untergebracht mit limitierten Möglichkeiten, aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man nicht täglich aufwändige Mahlzeiten zubereiten will. Zugang zu einem wirklich schönen Garten mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten und einem tollen Blick auf den historischen Ortskern. Anna war äußerst hilfsbereit und großzügig; sie hat zur Begrüßung etliche regionale Spezialitäten bereitgestellt. Sie spricht zwar so gut wie kein Englisch, aber für einen problemlosen Check-in hilft ihr ein Freund. Tolle Lage in einem kleinen Ort oben auf dem Hügel, in dem man gut zur Ruhe kommen kann. Die Landschaft ringsumher ist stark durchschnitten, für Fahrradtouren wegen fehlender Radwege und schmalen Straßen kaum geeignet. Must see: Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto und natürlich Rom, das von Alviano aus gut mit dem Zug erreichbar ist. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Appartamento indipendente, molto pulito, spazioso, fornito di tutti i servizi e con una grande terrazza in cui fare colazione, prendere il sole e ammirare il panorama. Immerso nei campi, il luogo è silenzioso e calmo, un ottimo rifugio per visitare i dintorni bellissimi. Host molto molto gentili e disponibili, pieni di premura e consigli. Indirizzo super-consigliato!!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Truely an amazing, magic and cozy oasis. The view, the house, the garden... it just made us happy! Probably one of the most special airbnbs you can imagine!

Wir hatten einen magischen Aufenthalt im Marrucheti 82 - einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück mit Frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Cappucino, Foccacchia und Früchten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen kann man in köstlich in einem der vielen Restaurants in Grosseto (10' Autofahrt) Die absolute Ruhe, der Ausblick über die Schafherden und sanft rollenden toskanischen Hügel und der schöne Garten sorgte für pure Entspannung. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht gross benutzt, sie ist jedoch voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Den malerischen Infiinity-Pool haben wir aufgrund des etwas durchzogenen Wetters nicht getestet. Das herzliche Team kümmerte sich liebevoll und voller engagement um uns. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Genuss, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft suchen!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Nádherné místo, vše připraveno i s občerstvením, ubytování klidné a čisté ... Klimatizace funkční, ale skoro nebyla potřeba, protože to bylo krásné klasické toskánské ubytování, kde jsme rozhodně nebyli naposledy

Abbiamo appena terminato una bellissima vacanza. La casa è un gioiellino, perfetta per una coppia. La cucina ha tutto ciò che serve, la stanza è comoda, per non parlare del giardino, davvero bello e curato. Stefano è stato un host attento e cordiale, ci ha dato consigli utili sia sui dintorni che sui ristoranti. Ci è capitato di dover modificare leggermente le date e si è mostrato da subito disponibilissimo a venirci incontro. Possiamo solo consigliare questo soggiorno.

Casa in posizione strategica per visitare le zone dell’Argentario. Impeccabile la pulizia dell’appartamento e la disponibilità dell’host Alessandro, che ci ha fornito degli ottimi consigli sulle attività da fare e su dove mangiare, oltre ad essere sempre cortese e reattivo. Super consigliato !

Das Haus von Angelo hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und vor allem auf die Insel Giglio. Das Grundstück ist terrasiert aber riesig. Vor allem unsere Hunde haben die Weitläufigkeit des eingezäunten Grundstücks genossen. Das Haus selber hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Wir waren diesbezüglich sehr froh, da wir auch den ein oder anderen Regentag hatten. Das Haus besitzt zudem alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Wir sind diese stets gefahren, haben aber auch ein sehr leistungsstarkes Elektroauto - das Fahren am Berg ist damit relativ einfach. Angelo ist sehr liebenswert und war stets erreichbar. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir uns in Porto Santo Stefano getroffen - ohne Einweisung hätten wir das Haus vermutlich nicht gefunden. Auch bei einem Stromausfall war er binnen kurzer Zeit am Haus und brachte uns die Schlüssel des Schaltschrankes. Das Haus von Angelo und auch Angelo als Gastgeber können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Maria Luisa è un host eccezionale. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato in maniera eccellente. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Le biciclette sono state il top della vacanza. Ci hanno permesso di vivere porto santo Stefano in modo totale. Speriamo di tornare presto.

La casa si trova in una ottima posizione, molto tranquilla ma anche vicinissima al centro di Porto Santo Stefano, pulizia impeccabile. Fabiana e suo marito Mauro sono stati perfetti, reattivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste senza mai farci mancare niente (con un atteggiamento molto gentile e premuroso). ci tengo a sottolineare l'impegno che ci hanno messo per farci sentire come a casa e ad accomodare ogni tipo di richiesta, sicuramente super consigliato per chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza a Porto Santo Stefano

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Tommaso was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, particularly with sorting out parking. The apartment was tidy and spacious with good air conditioning for the August heat Easy walking distance to main town

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.
