We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Wow! What a great place. Great Stuff -The views. Coffee on upstairs and downstairs terrace in the morning. Wine and sunset at night. Gorgeous! -The location and short walk to amazing historical center -Wine cellar tour -The downstairs windows -The terraces -The kitchen -So charming! -Very clean Challenges -Figuring out dropoff and parking was trickier than I expected. Apple Maps showed a road that didn't fully exist. I should have read our host's messages vs Airbnb site info. So focus on this to save walking when you get there. :) Once we figured it out...no problem. -We knew there wasn't AC...but we didn't know we were going to visit during a heat wave. (94 F every day) So we used fans and took multiple showers. Still amazing. Overall....we loved it !

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

We loved our stay so much we extended for another two nights! The area is very private so make sure you have a rental car and purchase groceries. Lots of cute towns close by but nothing within walking distance. The pool was great and we almost had the place to ourselves. The second two days had more guests around which was nice as well. The hosts were lovely and friendly and available for any questions. Great spot!

Would 100% recommend staying here! The place was exactly like described and even more charming in person. I was in contact with Giuliana’s son who is an amazing host! Super proactive and very present to solve the slightest issues. I absolutely loved my stay here, and will for sure be back!

The room's highlight is the panoramic view from the private terrace. Room as pictured. Small but well-structured. Fabrizio and Francesco were always very helpful in providing directions and in supporting check-in and check-out needs. The Scooter available for guests is a really useful service.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

A wonderful retreat in the heart of Pitigliano. The apartment is so beautiful and cozy and very special - you look forward to coming home every time and don't want to leave. Beatrice and her husband are super professional and at the same time very warm hosts. Really a recommendation!

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.
