A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

The apartment "le antiche mura" is located in a historic building of medieval origin in one of the most picturesque corners of the city. Inside, you can still see the path of the old defensive walls. Another valuable detail is a beautiful exposed column in the center of the living room. Located on the second floor with an elevator, the 93 sqm accommodation is comfortable and the large windows provide brightness and excellent views of the square. A View From the Top is an apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a small terrace overlooking the hills From summer 2025 our wine tasting will be available in the new garden and we have a young private chef for cooking class at home ,not in the weekend. Guests will park close the apartment,in the street 50 mt away.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
