Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Orbanići

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im wunderbaren Städtchen Bale sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Altstadthaus wurde geschmackvoll und hochwertig modernisiert, ist blitzsauber und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit Christine und vor Ort mit Iva war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Um es kurz zu machen: Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. In der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser, bietet es alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und Luxus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Krnica! Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders schön war der kleine Hof, in dem wir jeden Morgen gemütlich frühstücken konnten – begleitet vom beruhigenden Gackern der Hühner aus der Nachbarschaft. Maja war unglaublich freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Insider-Tipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub noch bereichert haben. Dank unseres Autos konnten wir problemlos tolle Ausflüge unternehmen – ob nach Rijeka, zu den Plitvicer Seen, nach Medulin oder zu traumhaften Stränden wie Kap Kamenjak. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung❤️!

Eine sehr nette Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Lucano und Tatjana sind unglaublich liebe Leute, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und Lucano spricht dazu noch sehr gut Deutsch. Tatjana brachte uns 2x kleine selbstgebackene Strudel vorbei!!! Es gibt viel Platz in der Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Schlafzimmer mit prima Betten, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Sandstrand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Pula und das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten, ebenso sehr viele wunderschöne Badestrände. Es waren unglaublich erholsame Tage bei lieben Menschen, in einem schönen Land mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Wir können alles nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

De passage chez Luiza lors d'une traversée de la Croatie, nous avons rencontré une hôte très sympatique qui offre un logement exceptionnel.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marino sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Er befindet sich in ruhiger, nicht einsehbarer Lage und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Auch in der kleinen Wohnung gab es alles, was man benötigt. Marino und seine ganze Familie sind außerdem sehr herzlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir können Marinos Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner. Un Lidl est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds. L'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi sont un plus, de même que l'accès à une place de parking. Nous recommandons et avons passé un agréable séjour chez Suzana.

We hadden een fijn verblijf , dicht bij een mooi kiezelstrand. Draco was bijzonder behulpzaam. Toen we problemen met de auto kregen heeft hij veel voor ons geregeld. Heel behulpzaam. Top gastheer.

We had such a great stay! Loved spending time on the huge veranda taking in the beautiful views!! Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided us with such wonderful personalized recommendations for exploring the area. The apartment was so comfortable and so clean!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Die herzliche Aufnahme durch „Maria“ war der erste Schritt zu einer 10 tägigen Auszeit. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt am Haus. Außerdem stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und gemütliche FW in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Der wunderschönen Hafen und die Altstadt sind in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.
