Holiday rentals with beach access in Orašac

Antun’s place was nice and clean. Had a beautiful ocean view, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, great restaurants nearby and 20-30min walking distance to old town. He also gave great recommendations on places to visit and eat. Really enjoyed staying at his place and high recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed - perfectly equipped. Stunning views of the bay, great base for our week in Dubrovnik. The hosts have been super helpful with hints and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

We had such a lovely time at Daniela's great apartment. This was our first time in Dubrovnik and we couldn't have hoped for a better host or place to stay. The view from the apartment is stunning - and the outside terrace the perfect location to fully appreciate it. Daniela picked us up from the airport and gave us invaluable tips on places to visit as well as insight into her deep love and connection to the town. The apartment was spotlessly clean and amenities easy to access and use. Although not in the Old Town, the apartment is sufficiently near to make a walk from the apartment an easy undertaking. The brilliant contemporary art gallery along the way proved a perfect addition to our Dubrovnik experience. We would happily recommend Daniela and the apartment to future visitors to this fabulous location.

Loved the apartment, everything we needed. Location on waters edge terrific. Tortoises a welcome diversion every morning as we shared our breakfast fruit. We had a welcoming and informative meeting on first day with Mateo who gave us local information and advice. Great walkway around the peninsula. Trip to Cavtat was wonderful. Best restaurant experience was Baachus, very close by and superior to the waterfront places. Also Leut at Cavtat. We stopped at the local bar, Shelby, regularly. Good coffee and decent food at reasonable prices for Dubrovnik. Staff always friendly and source of helpful advice.

The apartment is very nice and had an amazing view!!! The highlight is the private jacuzzi in the terrace!!! The host is proactive, responsive, and friendly. We felt right at home and we loved our stay!! Super recommended :)

I cannot recommend Poco Loco enough. Minya and Ivo were the best hosts and were so helpful anytime we needed anything. They organized transportation for us upon arrival and departure. They greeted us when we arrived, helped with luggage, and gave us a full property tour. Truly the best hosts, such a gorgeous view, the perfect spacious apartment— all the ingredients for a lovely stay in Croatia!

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Beautiful view, comfortable accommodation that had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a big plus for us.

It's a charming and secluded place with one of the best views we've ever had. The terrace at the house is wonderful for breakfast or a barbecue. The jetty by the sea gets plenty of sun in the afternoon and evening, but there is also enough shade provided by the pine trees. The house is a 20mins walk away from the village, and in May the roadside was full with wildflowers. Keep in mind that Sobra is a very quiet place, and the house is even more remote. You have to like that, but we did.

Those who visit Dubrovnik should stay here. It's almost one of the must haves in the city. The terrace was beautiful. We recommend taking bus number 8 and walking the rest.

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

Niko's place was comfortable, charming and perfect location with an amazing view! He was so helpful right from booking. Immediately responsive and full of recommendations and info. He even helped us find a doctor when my son needed some urgent care! Very pleased!

Fantastic spot! Location was amazing - As others have already mentioned, the Airbnb is just inside the city walls, steps from the entrance of the Buza gate. It’s likely one of the only Airbnbs inside the walls that don’t require climbing or descending stairs, which is a huge plus when carrying luggage. The unit is on a busy corner, but the windows were quite soundproof and we didn’t have any issues trying to sleep. Being inside the walls made for incredibly easy access (<5 min walk) to restaurants and sights. Do note that both bedrooms require climbing a narrow spiral staircase, so we ended up leaving our luggage on the first floor. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and seating areas. Nike was also a wonderful host - very responsive and accommodating towards our last minute booking. They even let us drop off our bags early so we could get a head start on exploring. Would absolutely recommend Nike and their place!

This apartment and garden are beautiful. The apartment is clean, freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The gardens are stunning with a wide variety of flowers, grapevine covered terrace and we enjoyed watching the resident tortoises meander across the terrace and through the gardens. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so best if you don’t have a large heavy suitcase. The climb is worth it, but beware if you have any mobility issues.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

We had a wonderful stay at Irena's and were able to explore the bay of Kotor on foot, by bus or car from the apartment. The sea is only a few steps away and we loved exploring at the bay in a restaurant or bar in the evening. The apartment was cozy and there was everything we needed. The view was breathtaking! Irena was a fantastic host who gave us great tips and always helped us out when we had a question.

This was an amazing apartment and provided everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding in the fancier (and more expensive) resort area. Dijana's place provided a wonderful escape to go home at night away from the hussle and hussle. Everything was as advertised, I don't think I've ever stayed in a more stocked Airbnb, everything you could have possibly forgotten at home will be here. I would definitely stay again. Only 10 minute ride to Tivat airport

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!

Irena was an excellent host! Clear communication and great advice from transport to the property to recommendations for meals. We loved Local Restaurant around the corner as well as the view from the steps outside. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. What an experience!
